I am deeply saddened by the devastating fire that ravaged the interior of Yare Plaza this afternoon. My deepest sympathies go out to the owner, Haji Ahmed Abdullahi, [[as he grapples with the extensive damage to his property, and to the hundreds of traders who suffered immense losses when their goods were consumed by the fierce inferno. I extend my gratitude to the firefighters who battled relentlessly to subdue the stubborn blaze, along with the dedicated first responders and the countless community volunteers who stepped up to lend a hand in this time of crisis.

I made a mistake and I'm willing to serve a suspension which I deserve. I don't want young kids who look up to the Springboks to think that it's OK to eye gouge someone, because it's not, but unfortunately mistakes happen and I made a big one for which I'm sorry. But I'd like to answer the question - why did you do such a thing? It was a mistake caused by my reaction and other factors that played a role. Slide 1: The scuffle was basically over when Wales #7 struck me with an open hand to my chin/neck area, you can see me looking at the Assistant Referee and waiting for a reaction from him (it happened fast and it's understandable that he didn't see it) without reacting yet, I got another pull on my jersey, before I go in with the similar type of action. Slide 2: You can clearly see my first point of contact is against his shoulder with an open hand, just like he did, except he got me on the chin. Another thing worth mentioning, when he struck me, I was standing still with not a lot of movement or players trying to get involved. When I went for the same open hand towards his shoulder, you'll see 2 Welsh players changing the dynamic of the entire picture as well as one of my teammates pulling Wales #7 around his neck away from my hand and where my force is going. Slide 3: Another Camera Angle So why did I post this? To try and show people how everything happened and that it was never intentional. I would never do something like this on purpose, I know what the consequences will be after playing rugby for a few years. Thanks to everyone that stood by me and thought the best of me. I'm sorry for letting you and the game down. That was my first red card since I started playing. I want it to be my last. To the people that were angry and upset with my actions, I understand - because it didn't look good on the slow motion replay and hopefully you've got a bit more context now.

Was happy to get my first look at SS Rock Arnold (OSU Cowboy Baseball) down in Jupiter. Went 1-for-2 in the game I saw him and hammered a backside RBI triple. Recently re-classed into the C/O 2026. Listed at 6'1" and 190-lbs, Arnold has a lean, athletic frame with some length in his lower-half and present strength. Stands fairly tall in the box, small leg lift gives way to a normal stride. Hands will drift and drop a bit in his load that includes a barrel tip. Present bat and hand speed, slightly uphill swing path that's geared towards lifting the baseball. There's a degree of adjustability in Arnold's swing, and he's shown the ability to drop his back knee to help create leverage. Some swing and miss, particularly against secondaries, but Arnold's swing decisions were sound and he stayed within the strike zone in my look. Has shown he can impact the baseball—especially to the pull side. Arnold's athleticism is evident both in the box and on the dirt. Flashed an above-average arm on the left side of the infield with solid carry across the diamond. Didn't display the quickest first step on the play I saw him attempt to make, though he showed comfortability attacking the baseball. Figures to get the chance to stick at shortstop. When bucketing these players out, Arnold fits into a handful of them: He's an athletic, lefthanded hitting SS with present power and potentially more on the way. Definite name to follow closely this spring in the Northeast.

OF Nick Dumesnil (California Baptist Baseball) is one of the higher upside college bats in this year's Draft. Showed flashes across a limited sample as a Freshman, but exploded last year to the tune of a .362/.440/.702 slash line with 40 XBH (19 HRs) and 45 RBIs across 61 games. Proceeded to have an excellent summer on the Cape in which he hit .311/.378/.489 with a league-leading 12 2B, 4 HR, 15 RBIs and a league-leading 26 SB in 36 games. Strong, athletic frame at 6'2" and 205-pounds. Big league body. Slightly wide base in the box with a somewhat high handset (lowered his hands as the summer went on, was ultra-high at school with his bat pointed almost straight down behind his back shoulder. Drew Burress-ish look). Ultra-small stride that is more of a toe tap than anything else. Hands already start pretty far back, though they drift slightly in his load. Engaged lower-half, especially his back side. Easy plus bat speed. Dumesnil showed the ability to drive the baseball to all fields both at school and on the Cape. Would give his power a 55 overall, but it's a 6 to the pull side. Top spun a 2-run HR (EV of 106) off the scoreboard in the ASG. Very curious to monitor how his hit tool progresses this spring. There's a present feel for the barrel and his bat-to-ball skills are plus (ovr. IZ contact rate of 90%, including 93% and 91% against FB and SL, respectively). Will certainly need to shore up his pitch recognition skills and swing decisions in order to maximize his offensive upside. Some chase up/out against FB, down/out against secondaries. Key will be doing a better job of picking up spin out of the hand. Plus runner—who most importantly knows HOW to run—whose speed translates on both sides of the baseball. Chaos-causer on the bases, Dumesnil's speed also gives him the opportunity to take an extra base on a ball in the gap or down the line. I thought his instincts in CF got better as the summer went on. Dumesnil's speed and elite athleticism allow him to cover plenty of ground and his arm is average, I'm sure he'll get the opportunity to prove he can stick there in pro ball. Chance he could move off and end up at a corner eventually. Key for Dumesnil is adding polish to his hit tool. Road Rage on Southend roundabout: A driver almost caused a collision when they failed to give way to another car on a roundabout. It happened at the busy roundabout next to Garon Park and the Southurch McDonalds. Kerry meek said: “I was already on the roundabout, going straight for the second exit, when suddenly, this car yeets in front of me. Brave. Bold. Unnecessary. “He slams his brakes like his brain just remembered The Highway Code exists, then starts posturing like he’s the main character and I’ve interrupted his audition tape. Pulled out, slammed on, got aggressive… and somehow he still believed I was in the wrong. “Now, I’m no expert, but I’m fairly sure give way to the right implies, aka the person already on the roundabout… meaning me." Kerry added: “All I wanted was the universal driver handshake: hand up, ‘oops!’ or a nod… and we both carry on like emotionally stable motorists.” “It’s a roundabout, not Fight Club: 2. Yet somehow, he still tried to invite me ‘round the corner’ for a fight. We all make mistakes. Just own it, wave a hand, apologise, and move on, my guy. Unfortunately he won't take the room for 5 days because as he puts it, it's not permanent and he believes he will be back on the streets afterwards as it's happened to him previously he tells me. I've tried my hardest to reassure him that I won't let that happen but he says he's been let down so many times before that he just doesn't believe it and is happy where he is until I can find him a permanent room in a shared house I've spoken with him long and hard over the last week and I've come to the conclusion based on everything he's told me and my research that he's not a British army veteran with a service number he talks of being a mercenary part of the 13 commandos part of the French foreign legion and has the cap badge on his hat. What I do know is he's a 59 year old man with health problems but no drug or alcohol problems that is living in a tent in wasteland. My level of support hasn't changed he shouldn't be in wasteland in a tent rotting away with no family no support in 2025 I'm going to try my hardest this week to secure a room in a shared house the 5 night stay at the guest house is non refundable but it is what it is I just wanted to make sure he woke up on his 60th birthday in a better place. We tried our hardest but it doesn't always work out how you planned it in your head. Thank you all for sharing and raising awareness and thank you to Robert a long time supporter who has purchased a birthday cake for me to give him tomorrow 💙

Welp we got a response back from the scumbag Daniel Negreanu after I tweeted yday about him. Read what he says at the end. I’m a gambling man. Would love to bet massive amounts of money that after he sees what’s going to happen I’m going to end up hearing from this cocksucker begging for it to stop.😂😂😂 All I needed was for him to apologize to me, admit his wrongdoing, and we could’ve moved on peacefully. Sucks that someone I looked up to growing up chose to wrongfully bash my name (and not give my side of the story a platform to share it) bc his scumbag best friend/butt buddy wants to go spread false claims about me on the internet trying to tarnish my name. Btw I do massive GOOD business in the 8 figures with tons of ppl, have never brought any of their names up unless they do wrong by me. Moral of story, these guys going to realize they fucked the wrong mother fucker!!! And for those that don’t think what I’m saying is true, I tried to bet these guys millions of dollars to let’s get on a lie detector test and if I win I’m donating 100% of my proceeds to charity. And they fucking refused to do it!! There’s literally thousands and thousands of you trying to get into this server to the point where you guys are SOMEHOW breaking Roblox’s servers… So, since this is becoming a real issue, I’m going to end Wave 8 here. But Wave 9 will be very soon, and it’ll be the last “wave.” This time though, I won’t make it a private server where I have to personally hand it out. Instead, I’ll open a game where you guys can join, get a badge, and receive the skin through that. That way, there won’t be as many restrictions or barriers for people who can’t join the server because of their device, connection, or any other issues. Sorry Roblox decided to tweak today for some reason, but that’s not going to stop me from giving this thing I love with my heart to y’all, especially knowing how many of you love it too. Soon, I’ll be opening the badge game. Stay tuned...

I’ve been obsessed with forearm training ever since I was a kid playing baseball. One moment that really stuck with me was seeing Mark McGwire play in person and being absolutely blown away by the size of his forearms. That left a lasting impression on me.
