We know of people in the game with major problems in their personal lives who are still working…" Dwight Yorke responds to critical tweets he’s had after addressing English football's lack of Black managers with @David_Ornstein @Kevin__Davies & myself (2/2). Full ep on YouTube re:

@David_Ornstein @Kevin__Davies Nothing to do with colour the best candidate gets the job same as all jobs why make something about race ?

@David_Ornstein @Kevin__Davies There is a reason why Yorke has never had an interview. His off field persona clearly goes against him and it would be disingenuous or naive to believe otherwise. He has been out of the game at a formal level for so long that the has probably missed any chance he had

@David_Ornstein @Kevin__Davies There’s definitely a lack of black managers in top flight football… This was quite an interesting listen. I’m keen to watch more.

@David_Ornstein @Kevin__Davies You can’t trust a man who runs away from his own child. Lack of morals and no respect or responsibility.

@David_Ornstein @Kevin__Davies I love Darren's work in highlighting the inequalities in the game. That said, I suspect a large contributory factor in Dwight Yorke not getting a job in management down to his reputation (warranted or not) of being a laid-back, happy go lucky, party boy.

@David_Ornstein @Kevin__Davies Ask Dwight why he had nothing to do with his kid

@David_Ornstein @Kevin__Davies He is absolutely right

@David_Ornstein @Kevin__Davies Have a day off Darren for once. Yorke can’t look after his own kid let alone a squad full of players

@David_Ornstein @Kevin__Davies The stats are damming and there definitely needs to be more black opportunities at that managerial and executive level. However perception is everything. He will be back in the limelight for the wrong reasons (Jordon). Also I swear he applied for the villa job via text message?
