A long while back I was having a bad day. I jumped in the shower & while in there I decided to "wash off" my mood & apply a better outlook. When I got out my wife asked how I could just be happy like that & I said I chose to. I never thought to sustain it as long as possible.

People who don’t believe this, let me give you a perfect example of why you’re wrong. If you suddenly want a red car that you “never” see anywhere, then talk about and all of a sudden start seeing the red car everywhere, there’s a reason for that. It’s called your RAS system.

That's exactly one of the most important things that were thought throughout the Q drops in my opinion. We have the power to materialize our thoughts if we believe hard enough on the things we want to become reality. For me personally, it just works.

It's all in your head. Sit in silence, breathe deeply. Relax.

He’s right. I realized I do this naturally. For example, I’m in a job I’ve been doing for 20 years, and I’ve outgrown it. But I can’t leave yet. So I’m not caring as much (not getting stressed) because I know it’s to change in the near future, and that’s so exciting. Then I get really happy. It works!

Love this! A great reminder of what I've been doing a daily basis. I call it brainwashing my old programming and remembering how to hold my vibration long enough.

I do this while praying. I have seen this happen in an excellent way 🙏

Manifestation comes from the energy within to create our world. We control our lives based on our self-awareness. TV zombies struggle to learn this, believing, "I saw it on TV." It's a "tell-a-vision" of whatever they’re told. The environment can enslave us with struggles.

It’s holding onto faith and Gods word who encourages us to hold every thought captive and to not fear for I am with you… he says that 365 times ..ask for Divine intervention if you’re struggling with your belief. He is your helper. Jesus is our savior from all these downfalls.
