This is unironically completely normal bf4 gameplay and it's showing of how little people know about the game when they say this isn't possible. Movement is done through physics exploits and the aim is pretty standard for a good PC player.

Gliding should cancel shooting with a 1s delay to atart ahooting. It should be a way to escape not a play of attack.
