Malaysia has done so well to build themselves into a first world country.

Indonesia can't relate

You need a high trust community for that.

yup, its available over here in singapore as well. saw it during one of my visits to the supermarket

Yeah, only in the 1-2 stores that doe this 🤣

You are essentially half working there yet you don't get paid.

When they expand to the States

Have you seen the roads and streets of malaysia? Even Iran have better streets and roads. 2036 more like 1936

In Canada, that cart will be somebody's home.

Sorry, Malaysia is a Third World Country. Great street food though.

They’re living in 2040 😂🔥

Oh wow. Some mega marts don’t even have Carts let alone the ones that scans This is good use of technology

South Africa also :

I think we're living in the 15th century 😂💔

Some... What now?

no, america is just living in 1996

If you find this appealing you're part of the problem. Be more critical in your thinking.

In Poland, in some markets you can use app on your phone to scan everything you put in the cart and just scan QR code at the cash register.

This technology is available at my local grocery in New Jersey, US. The companies using these get a ton of shopper data, trends, etc.

Wait, HOW a Japanese amused by their own tech in here (Malaysia)????

You could do this in the UK 15 years ago with a portable scanner, same sh*t really

Yeah and what if you just scan half the items you put in? Also what’s the point if the cashier’s still gonna rescan it all

Sam's club has scan and go. Just scan whatever on your phone app, then it pays and you leave and don't even wait in line. It's great

Some European grocery stores have this, but you instead bring a handheld scanner instead along with your basket or cart. Both options are still faster and more efficient than piling your groceries at check out.

When it is JAPANESE PEOPLE who are impressed with new Technology, then you know how advanced that Technology really is ...

Stupidity on its peek

Ooooo

wooow

There was a grocery store near me that had a scan and go system but hardly anyone used it. One day it just vanished. I think I tried it once and then forgot about it.

We could all have stuff like this if we didn't need to spend so much time and energy babysitting and coddling black people.

A society with high trust in its people.

Anywhere else in the world and those trollies would be destroyed within a week.

As a Malaysian, I didnt even know that was a thing

It definitely is China right?

You sure that thing is not made in China?
