I love time alone in the gym. Just me and the bag, the ring, or the hoop... Alone with the work. All the small details, all the little things. I film it then go back and analyze all the areas that need improvement. Here I'm measuring distance, working on blinding or disrupting with the lead hand, feinting a little then precision and power off the same hand. Trying to keep my right hand responsible (not good) but also ready to deliver the bomb. Which I never do here because I'm not at the right range.
