Out doing some hill sprints at Camperdown where I run and cycle weekly. Every time I’ve passed this summer I’ve seen no one on the courts here. Similar situation when I pass the courts at Fairmuir where I played often. Now the city council can’t be blamed. They’ve installed lovely surfaces at all city courts and I’m sure the courts are free. So why are they so often empty 🤔

I have a tendency when lifting to keep adding weight without paying much attention. I don’t use this machine often. Set done. I calculated the weight and thought, “320? That can’t be right.” Then I checked the plate on the machine: starting weight 118 lb (53 kg). That would make it 438 lb total. This machine must be easier to push. What do you guys think? 🤔
