@openclaw @bugasalt did the fly steal all the underpants? OpenClaw needs a step 0, like how to setup an env so it doesn't break every update. Also the 2.0 update dogfooding is good but like most OpenClaw users are not multiplayer so dashboards to see how you are doing is not exciting to most people

@openclaw @bugasalt I used to open a blank Claude chat every time I couldn't pick the next task. Same move as you — turned the decision into a small skill with two options and a kill switch. Sticky file: `next-skill.md` with the choice + why I vetoed. Coworker skills beat blank-page dithering.
