I wrote this the day after Bo passed away. I have really debated posting it, but I’ve found it pretty challenging to be in Utah, grieving someone that most of my community here doesn’t know personally. I play this song every time I feel a little lonely in it and it makes me feel sad, but it also makes me feel better. I hope maybe it can do the same for you. Love you. Love Bo 🤍

This is easily one of the best live performances I’ve ever seen. Layne is so naked and emotional here, it’s almost painful hearing him sing; it’s like he’s bleeding every sentence out. This is almost as good as the Pearl Jam Unplugged for me… but I know people who like it even MORE.

Now, there’s a group of people who love and support me, and who know me through the series I act in. When fans are impressed by my performance, it makes me happy. Well, they love the actresses so much that they want to control everything themselves, which makes it difficult for me. I’ve had to explain that I have a structured way of working and I have my own thoughts. Please don’t lead, instruct, or force me to do this or that, because I feel it isn’t right. I feel the goal of the work would become wishy-washy if I tried to please the followers, I can’t. I create my work on a global scale, for the majority of audiences. What I think about goes beyond that - the story has to be good, the actresses have to perform well, and the production has to look polished and beautiful. Each GL project that’s chosen has a different story, a different way, and different directors and producers. So each project has its own unique identity, even if the pair is the same #LingOrm #หลิงออม

in korea, when people meet me, a lot of them only see the “gay” part of me first. but my friends and the people i met here were curious about me as a person. they wanted to know me, not just a label. i’m just me. being gay is only one part of who i am. but many people still approach me with preconceptions, or say they’re open minded like it’s some kind of joke. maybe that’s why i felt lonely without even realizing it. but here, i’ve received so much comfort. i’ve been genuinely happy. thank you to everyone who sees me for who i am and accepts me as i am. it really means more than you know.

💬: what do you think about the most while being on stage? 🐶: i wonder, what brought all these people here, what are they feeling? as i travel to different countries and cities, i find myself thinking a lot. how did they find out about us, what made them like us, what song moved them, what brought them all the way here? i feel like i understand fans' hearts but at the same time, it's a mix of wonder and deep thankfulness. those who have liked me before, those who still like me now and those who will like me in the future, i try to stay grounded and hold onto the mindset i had when i started this journey. that's how i try to live. i'll never forget that feeling going forward. i'll keep showing you different sides of myself through my work. so please look forward to the music and i hope you'll enjoy seeing more of me this way too!
