oh my god the 2016 vibes. rick and morty. adventure time. playing destiny day and night religiously. collecting funko pops… smoking weed for the first time hehe. my xbox 360 and my game collection! a little later to 2019 - 2020 or so too, when being cringe was being free and what life was about… overwatch reached out to me to advertise them, i remember being so nervous about going out into public in cosplay! it was so scary to me! 🥺😭 ugh.. my heaaaart you guys. the internet was SO fun. i really want to bring that fun back!

Today is my daughter’s birthday and she truly is my whole world. When I look at her, I see innocence, hope and a future that deserves to be safe, secure and full of dignity. I never wanted to be the person standing on the frontlines but life gave me no choice. The establishment and the police failed me and they failed so many of you. As a parent, how could I stay silent? This journey has cost me more than people will ever understand. I’ve lost financially, emotionally, and even people I once called family and friends walked away. But if speaking the truth for our children’s safety makes me lose everything, then so be it because my daughter’s future is worth more than my comfort. I fight so that no parent has to go through what I did. I fight so that our daughters grow up in a country that protects them, not ignores them. I fight because love for our children is stronger than fear, judgement or loss. Happy Birthday, my princess. You are the reason I stand tall, even when it hurts. I promise you one day, you’ll look back and know your parent stood up for you and for every daughter in this nation.

My love for MMA has given me so many gifts that I will never take for granted and one gift that I am most grateful for is being able to travel the world. Because of mma and the UFC I’ve been to the UAE many times and every time I go I fall more and more in love with Abu Dhabi. Abu Dhabi is unlike any other place on earth, from the food, the culture to the hospitality, I’m never short of amazed by this place. Thank you to Experience Abu Dhabi for hosting in me this week and showing me beyond what I thought was possible! I’m so happy with how fast and how popular mma is becoming in Abu Dhabi because that means I’ll get to go back and experience it over and over again. At this point, based on the actual numbers, it's pretty clear some of the big Xbox fan accounts on Twitter, are orders of magnitude more toxic in their volume of console war negativity, over any other platforms. Whilst at work I figured I'd do some analysis on the numbers, since opinions/perception is one thing, hard data/numbers another. In terms of three PlayStation centric accounts to compare that are repeatedly brought up by Xbox fans or had the most comparable day one negativity: Most negative Starfield timeline tweets in a single day: Red Dragon - 7 KingThrash - 4 (all his own gameplay) JayDub - 3 Most negative Spider-Man 2 timeline tweets in a single day: JayRock - 82 PeterOvo - 43 The BlackViking3 - 33 Some trolling and negativity is typical within the community, but the sheer volume of obsessive vitriol coming out of some of these Xbox accounts, is unprecedented and bordering mental health concerns. And going by most negativity in a single day for these games, as a barometer to measure degree of obsessive toxicity, the Xbox fan accounts here are 1030% more vitriolic in console war contributions, and frankly in an entirely different league that's not even comparable. The incessant nature strikes me as extreme propagandist, genuinely insane behaviour. Pretty staggering difference when you think about it, and an eye opener in discussions around which big platform centric Twitter accounts, are the most toxic with console warring.

Whats more crazy is I’ll get actual Scousers who will attack me for sharing this. Hitting me with the “Tory” “wool” “Liverpool is a welcoming city” shouts. They hate me because I shine light on this and they don’t want you to see it. They want to keep you in the dark so it can continue. I still cannot understand why they are like this

I can't believe I can finally make cartoons like the ones I grew up with 😍 Characters like the bashful Beaky Buzzard and Henery Hawk mean so much to me, and I'm so excited to bring that inspiration into new stories for today's audience. Getting to return to a passion I never gave up on, after living a life that didn't let me pursue it the way I wanted to, means everything to me. Runway changed my life.

I’ve lost over 60lbs naturally since May 2025. It’s one of many accomplishments I’ve made over the past year. The point of this post isn’t the weight loss, though, or to celebrate it. I’m incredibly proud of what I’ve accomplished, and validation from the internet was never part of that. What has been fascinating is watching complete strangers dedicate part of their day to telling me I’m old, ugly, fat, fake, washed up, hypocritical, low value, or whatever else they’re workshopping this week. The older I get, the more I realize none of it has anything to do with me. People project. Happy people rarely spend their time trying to tear complete strangers down on the internet. I’ve worked too hard to let anonymous people determine how I should feel about myself. If anything, those comments just remind me that people who have never met me are investing far more time thinking about me than I’m spending thinking about them. If anything, every hateful comment just throws another log on the fire. And I’ve learned that some things aren’t destroyed by fire. They’re forged in it. 🐦‍🔥

I remember the day my dad got laid off. He came home early. Sat at the kitchen table. Didn’t say anything for a long time. 28 years at the same company. $52,000 a year. Same desk. Same commute. Same handshake every Christmas party. They called him into HR on a Tuesday morning and handed him a folder. 2 weeks severance. $2,000. A COBRA packet at $1,400 a month he couldn’t afford and a thank you for your service. He was 54. Too young for Medicare. Too old to start over. Too proud to tell us how scared he was. He spent the next 4 years working part time jobs at $14 an hour. Not to retire comfortably. Not to build anything. Just to keep health insurance so a hospital bill wouldn’t finish what the layoff started. 28 years. $1.4 million in value given to that company. And they never called to check on him once. I will never forget that kitchen table moment. That’s when I learned that no company will ever love you back.

So yesterday I was Arrested, and the first thing they did was to take my Two phones from me, but trust me na, my voice was on top of the world because they don’t want me going live or making videos, so they said someone wrote a petition against me, that the person stated that I call him out on my social media handles and insult him and his family, so many talks but I didn’t say a word, thank God for my staff who has to call my wife to tell her about the situation, she immediately called my lawyer because my numbers were off, then my Lawyer Stepped in, first question from my lawyer was, who is the person that brought the petition, they said the name can’t be disclosed, that I will be detained, my lawyer made some calls and they gave me back my phones immediately, my lawyer told them that there’s no case since the person who petition me can’t be mentioned or seen, after we spent over 4hrs thank God for the DPO who recognized me and told them to discharge the case immediately. God Bless the NIG Police for doing right.
