I’ve stayed pretty quiet through all the drama between creators realizing that in real life not everyone likes each other, that’s normal! As someone who feels VERY strongly & been... very outspoken on the #KelseyFitzsimmons case as well as been on 3 or 4 fundraiser shows for Kelsey, I have a lot of thought & questions about what I heard in the clips below. You see, myself or others supporting #FKF don’t need to go on the streets to get people’s personal opinions of Kelsey. There’s these new things out called COURT DOCUMENTS that are public for all to read. It’s the craziest thing they actually list out the allegations, witness statements, the fiancé allegations as well as that cop you speak of, his account of the incident. JFK, what was it you said in both of these clips about Kelsey’s face??? Ironically enough in this SAME live you display a picture multiple times that you created that have multiple picture’s of people in Massachusetts on it. If you look closely in that picture you created, would you look at that, it’s KELSEY’S FACE! Would you believe it!!?? Meanwhile Kevy Kev is falling asleep mid cigarette. So JFK show, James Jackson if you think you have Kelsey all figured out then why in the world are you using her face in your photos that you display on your channel? Kelsey’s wrongfully imprisoned & is currently sitting in jail right now because of some of the same corrupt bias bullshit we saw in the #KarenRead case IMO. The answer is something like: so you don't suffer anymore stupidly than you have to. And maybe so others don't have to either. It's not some casual self-help doctrine. Pain brings the idea that it would be better if it didn't exist along with it. It's incontrovertible." On how to start: "Look around for something that bothers you and see if you can fix it. You can do this in a room. Sit in your bedroom and think: 'If I wanted to spend ten minutes making this room better, what would I have to do?' You have to ask yourself that, it's a genuine question. And things will pop out. There's a stack of papers bugging you. Some rubbish behind your computer monitor you haven't attended to for six months. Cables tangled up." He explains why this matters: "If you were coming to see me for psychotherapy, the easiest thing would be to get you to organize your room. You think, is that psychotherapy? It depends on how you conceive the limits of your being. Start where you can start. If something announces itself as in need of repair that you could repair, fix it. Fix a hundred things like that, your life will be a lot different." On fixing what you repeat every day: "People tend to think of their daily routines as trivial. You get up, brush your teeth, have breakfast. Those probably constitute 50% of your life. People think, they're mundane, I don't need to pay attention to them. No, that's exactly wrong. The things you do every day are the most important things you do. Hands down. Just do the arithmetic." On staying within your competence: "Sometimes you don't know how to fix something. Imagine you're walking down the street and there's a guy who's alcoholic and schizophrenic and has been homeless for ten years. That's a problem. It would be good if you could fix it, but you haven't got a clue. You walk around that and go find something you could fix. Just because something announces itself as in need of repair doesn't mean it's you, right then and there, who should repair it. You have to have some humility. You don't walk up to a helicopter that isn't working and just start tinkering away." Peterson shares the key insight: "As soon as you give your mind a genuine aim, it'll reconfigure the world in keeping with that aim. That's actually how you see to begin with. You've all seen the video where you watch basketballs being tossed back and forth, and while you're doing that, a gorilla walks into the middle of the video and you don't see it. If you thought about that experiment for five years, that would be about the right amount of time to spend thinking about it." He explains what it reveals: "What it shows you is that you see what you aim at. If you can get one thing through your head, that would be a good one. You see what you aim at. One inference you might draw from that is: be careful what you aim at. What you aim at determines the way the world manifests itself to you. So if the world is manifesting itself in a very negative way, one thing to ask is: are you aiming at the right thing?"

There are 2 categories of things in this world: 1) Things that are up to you 2) Things that are not up to you Which category does your reputation sit in? Your reputation is not up to you. I'm the one who associates your reputation with something, not you. You just do things. What's up to you? How you act. Your decisions. Your actions. That is up to you. Your reputation is not up to you. Here's how I know that: You all have a reputation about me and it's not in my control. I get to say and do whatever I say and do up here. I am in control of saying it. I am in control of doing it. The moment words leave my lips, who has control over what is done with those words? You! You are in control of what you think of me. The young Captain was having a conversation with the pupils, and here is what he saying, “I was telling you a while ago, in school they were telling us that we couldn’t do it here. They lied to us. We grow wheat here, and it works well, and we will develop it. Some people have started, this year, I was able to see people who did it, as part of the presidential initiative, and I was told that in the past, some were able to do it and they produced it well. Currently, we are sowing wheat in some farmlands as part do the presidential initiative. What you eat must be produced here. So, this is why I say that we will teach you many things, and we will review the curricula they teach you. For those who drink coffee, they told us that your coffee, chocolate, it is only in the countries with abundant rainfalls, that here is only savanna, desert, it does not rain, we cannot farm. Again, they lied to us. It’s not true! Coffee grows well here, cocoa grows well too. Look at this incredible clip of Carl Jung talking about God. It literally gives me chills every time I watch it. One of the most prolific and famous psychotherapists and psychoanalysts of all time, Jung coined much of the language we use to describe our thoughts and psychology today. So why is it that someone so steeped in the sciences ends up finding himself not only saying that he believes in God as an act of conscious faith, but that he KNOWS God? If you, like me, were raised through your youth in the 2010s-2015 era of 'new-atheism', it became extremely zeitgeist to deny the existence of God. We saw a world where science was directly in opposition to anything spiritual, metaphysical, supernatural at all. But what I think is extremely compelling is how many incredibly intelligent individuals who clearly wrestled with the material and fought rigorously with these ideas ended up finding themselves at some sort of level acknowledging the existence of the supernatural, of the divine. Anyone who experiences life richly, who asks the deep questions and continues to seek earnestly, will find the answers that they're seeking for. My encouragement is to explore these questions now, when you are young, when you have the time for these answers and philosophies to completely change the trajectory of your life. How would you live if you thought that you were chosen? How would you live if you thought that you were placed here for a reason? Famously, they say that there are no atheists on deathbeds. But what I hope to see in the world is no atheists anywhere. We are surrounded by abundant evidence of something incredibly magical going on behind the scenes. And I think that if you're humble enough to consider the idea, you'll start to see it all around you.

we all dream of those big wins in life the 100x, the multi-million dollar trade, or even just 10x of what you started with in 7 days i’ve been fortunate enough to experience a few of those over the past few years, and the reality is when you do win big, it doesn’t feel like it at all it hits for a split second, and then your brain just normalizes it it's a part of how to get there in the first place, but makes it a lot easier to lose it if you don't have the right guardrails in place and in that exact moment, you being even keeled doesn’t mean the number in front of you isn’t life changing it is this is where you have to slow down a bit, breathe, settle your mind don’t just roll it into some bullshit take some off the table, step away for a few days if you have to, funny enough, blowing let's say 10k of it on a beautiful trip to tokyo will save you so much because once you actually process what just happened, your future self will thank you for it the truth is, even if you think you’re going for a certain number, the moment you hit it, you’ll want more and more, and more anyone who's been in the same position will tell you the exact same thing ironically the people that win are addicted to winning and if you ask the same people in a year after that big win, what they regret and where are they proud of themselves? they will tell you they regretted rolling it over and giving some/all back or they are proud for switching back on the switch all of this is real, but it’s also exactly how i imagined it would feel years ago before it ever happened manifest your life, the feeling not just the number everything happens twice, first in your mind, then in reality

Matt Damon participated in Howard Zinn's great "The People Speak" series, and read out a great speech by Zinn about the importance of civil disobedience, which is as apt today as when he first wrote it in 1970: "I start from the supposition that the world is topsy-turvy, that things are all wrong, that the wrong people are in jail, and the wrong people are out of jail. That the wrong people are in power, and the wrong people are out of power. I start from the supposition that all we have to do is think about the state of the world today, and realize that things are all upside down. If you don't think, if you listen to TV, read scholarly things, you actually begin to think that things are not so bad. Or that just little things are wrong. But you have to get a little detached, and then come back and look at the world, and you are horrified. So we have to start from that supposition—that things are really topsy-turvy. And our topic is topsy-turvy: civil disobedience. As soon as you say the topic is civil disobedience, you are saying our problem is civil disobedience. That is not our problem…. Our problem is civil obedience. Our problem is the numbers of people all over the world who have obeyed the dictates of the leaders of their government and have gone to war, and millions have been killed because of this obedience. And our problem is that scene in All Quiet on the Western Front where the schoolboys march off dutifully in a line to war. Our problem is that people are obedient all over the world, in the face of poverty and starvation and stupidity, and war and cruelty. "One of the challenging things about the really important stuff in life is that they’re endless battles. If you do a good job focusing today and prioritizing today, if you pick the right thing to focus on, it earns you no bonus points for tomorrow. Tomorrow you show up, and if you spend all that time on YouTube or getting distracted or whatever, that day is gone. Other things are like that, too. Just because you worked out two weeks ago doesn’t mean you don’t need to do it today. Or just because you were a good spouse yesterday, that earns you no bonus points for today. You still need to show up for them. And so I’m trying to get comfortable with the endless nature of those things. A lot of the time we try to resist the endless nature of that stuff. “Oh, I wish it wasn’t that way.” We try to convince ourselves that it’s like a finish line. “If I just do this 21-day cleanse, then I’ll be a healthy person and I won’t have to think about it anymore. If I just buy her something nice for her anniversary, then I can stop worrying about it and I don’t have to [do other things].” No, it’s not like that. It’s endless. As soon as you accept the endless nature, you start looking at it differently. That’s really what the disease is. Here’s the key. There’s no synapses in that pathway from the retina to the SCN. There’s another pathway that also has no synapses that very few people talk about. That one goes to the habenular nucleus from the retina. What is the habenular nucleus in the hypothalamus, which is very close to where your pituitary is? It is the relay center to the frontal lobes. The frontal lobes are what make you different than primates. And that’s the reason why they were a target of COVID. That is the reason why behavioral changes have showed up. I believe this building will have lots of new facilities. I asked your principal, 'Madam, what facilities do you provide?' And she named a whole bunch that even I didn't have in my school. So, I must compliment all of you; you are going to have this AI facility here, which is hopefully going to open even new frontiers and opportunities for you. So use these opportunities well. Your teachers and your parents make a lot of sacrifices for you to be here, to learn, to grow and to have a strong future. We must always respect what other people do for us and respect their participation in making us what we are. By the time you leave school, you may not have a full idea of what your life will be like. What will your future be? But you will have a good idea of who you are going to be as a person for the rest of your life. So, if that idea of yourself can include love for others, can include kindness towards others, can include honesty, can include the worth of working hard for your living and earning without having to cheat or lie, then I think you will be on the right path and you will have a successful and fulfilling life.
