7 Days no Anxiety Pills(Lorazapam)🥳🥳🥳 I seriously could not have done this without you family. And to the large portion of people on here that warned me against doing it this way (cold turkey)I agree with you. This was the wrong way to do it, but my soul had decided it had to stop. This shop had been abandoned for 4 years Nobody (including me) wanted it because of 7 competitors within 0.5 mile But one morning in 2018 I called all 7 competitors and something surprised me.... They all sucked! I realized that I didn't have to be the best in the world, I just had to be better than the guys (which wasn't hard) So I took the bet to open the shop from zero. 8 years later, we're making money every month and 3 of the 7 competitors are out of business.

20 years ago today, I took my first steps in professional football. At the time, I didn’t know where this journey would take me. I only knew how much I loved the game and how grateful I was for every opportunity to play it. Looking back now, I think of all the moments, the people I met, the lessons I learned and the memories that will stay with me forever. BAEKHYUN 2025 CHRISTMAS WEVERSE LIVE 🐶: This year, thanks to Eris, I feel like I was really happy. The year isn’t over yet, but I feel like many of the wishes I made last year have come true, so today I made my wishes with all my heart. I love being here with Eris, spending this moment together as we move from Christmas Eve to Christmas. I’m so grateful that so many people are here with me. What I felt today is that I’m truly receiving so much love, and Eris really cherish me a lot. Even if you don’t eat the pickled radish I put in your mouths, I’m grateful that you let me eat the crumbs that fall while we’re eating chicken. This year felt truly fulfilling, and next year, I’ll do my very best so that even happier days can continue. Since it’s Christmas today, I hope Eris enjoy delicious food, and that today becomes a day full of happiness and precious memories.

If you hate KAT, I suggest you reconsider... "I feel like other than losing a child there's nothing worse you could go through and it builds you up and it strengthens you beyond measure. That's why I got Philippians 4:13 and the date tattooed on my neck. I could do all things through Christ who strengthens me but I was strengthened on April 13 when I lost my mother. That's been my favorite Bible verse my whole entire life since I was little. I didn't know the significance it would have in my life when I became an adult. But what I do know is that I truly can do anything when I walk in faith, when I walk with the angels beside me. I feel anything's possible, I feel nothing's impossible... I'm just grateful to be in this position because I know a lot of friends in mind that are not here to see this moment. I know a lot of people I love tremendously that aren't here to give me that hug or to give me that text message. I'm doing this for them. I do this for them, I do it for my mother's country, I do it for everybody in Dominican Republic, I do it for everyone in the city that welcomed my mother when she immigrated over. I do it for all my family in New Jersey that allowed me to be raised and allowed me to love this game of basketball and allowed me to be a kid with my mother and enjoy those times. It takes a tribe to get here and it takes a village and I'm so blessed that I've had the village I've had in my life to get to this point"

🐿️ out of 365 days, i don’t have abs for 5 days but those 5 days of the year shock me so much that i work out for 360 days 🐿️ since i always have them, seeing myself not having them making me think “oh my gosh, this won’t do” 🧸 with me, i want to work out my back, chest, shoulders and arms but i don’t feel the same about abs because it has no direct influence on my build 🐿️ that’s true 🐿️ you just need to do it when you think of it 🧸 i do think about it these days though 🐿️ you do? that you wish you had them? 🧸 no, that i feel like i need to have them
