I told my 65 year old father NOT TO GO to the Pudgy Pop up! My parents live in NYC, I asked them about the pop-up to see how close it is. Turns out it's 50 minutes and 2 train rides away. I'm not gonna put him through that journey. Saturday night, he calls me up & sends me this video In the video, he says: "This is very very very incredible. So very! It's very beautiful!" I share this to say this is a 65 Yr old man who knows nothing about this world except what I share with him. He went to casually pick up an item & surprise us, waited in line, & got the warmest treatment from the team. Walked out with the Pudgy Bouquet for us and the Pax & Polly keychains for him and my mom (jealous) and stories he could not stop talking about The phone call was literally him just going on and on about the vibe, the staff, the smiles, the people and everything in between.
