Here is Trump completely contradicting what Vivek & Elon are currently saying about the need for foreign high-tech workers. Trump was right when he said this. 2 Billionaires are pushing a false narrative that America doesn’t produce enough high tech workers, that’s bullshit. Elon hired OVER 700 foreign high-tech workers at Tesla in 2023 alone. This is not about a labor shortage, it’s about driving down wages. Eric Weinstein & Steve Bannon are correctly calling this out as a false manufacturers labor shortage concocted to suppress wages. If it’s not about wages but about bringing in the absolute best & brightest minds, then why not add a provision that foreign high tech workers need to be paid more than their American counterparts? If they’re so much smarter & brighter then that would make sense right? But they’re not proposing that because it’s not about American corporations being desperate for top tier talent, it’s about wage suppression of high tech workers.

We are in a new Gilded Age. Proud to be an original sponsor of Congresswoman Delia C. Ramirez and Analilia Mejia's bill to have the federal wage be $25 by 2031. Real minimum wage was $14 in 1968. Since then productivity has grown 2.5x, but the real minimum wage is today half. Moving to $25 is making sure workers are being paid for what they produce.

South Africans speak your truth !!! No matter how people try to silence you but the rot in the country due to illegal immigration is something else. We are inspecting the factories in Newcastle. The Chinese owners are illegal in the country, they are employing minors and workers that are in country illegally. Some workers get paid R50 a week, they work in unsafe conditions and aren’t even registered for UIF. They are made to sleep inside the factory, exposed to sexual exploitation and are forced to work anytime the bosses want. These Chinese don’t pay taxes yet use the infrastructure and services paid for by honest hardworking South Africans citizens.

By increasing the supply of labour, mass immigration places downward pressure on wages and reduces workers’ bargaining power, allowing firms to fill roles without raising pay. For nearly two decades, workers have carried the burden of concessions they were told would save the company, years of sacrifice in the form of cut wages and reduced benefits. Now, nearly 1,000 UAW workers are on strike for the first time since 2008, demanding the fair contract they've earned. Their message is simple: workers who helped keep this company alive deserve to share in its success.
