Her patient in his late 90s kept smiling at the ceiling and saying he was seeing Jesus… but that wasn’t even the craziest part. While visiting on her first day back after the New Year, this hospice worker watched him drift in and out with the peaceful “death stare” she’s seen before. When his wife finally told him that her sister (who he was very close to) had just passed away, he calmly replied, “I know. She agrees to meet him at the restaurant, when she gets there she sees that he invited many members of his family. When the bill comes, his family is oddly silent, he declared that he would split the bill with her. Given that he was showing gratitude and invited her out, should she even have to assist with bill after he invited so many people too?
