I could present to him the work we have been doing with jackfruit for so long... Yesterday, I showcased the various by-products we have developed and highlighted the immense significance of jackfruit to him. We discussed how the country's 85% to 90% of jackfruit can be utilised, noting its potential $2 billion economic value and the revenue that could be generated through exports. It was a truly excellent meeting... I was able to present my work effectively, and I am delighted that jackfruit has now gained national-level recognition. The response was very positive. Our foundation grows fruit trees in nurseries, and then gives them to farmers for free. Mango, pomegranate, jackfruit, litchi, amla, guava, grapefruit, coconut, banana, lemon, star fruit, and more. We want people to have nutritious, organic fruit for decades. This nursery is in West Bengal. The trees are grown in air pruning pots, which enhance root development, and helps the tree grow faster.
