He tried, he kept trying and nothing worked, and then a friend suggested to him that he pray this little thing, “Ask God to open up the eyes of your understanding, to receive his love and his forgiveness.” The transformation that happened next is beautiful. Everyone has a special birth for this man. It’s 1st Timothy 1:13 “Even though I was once a blasphemer and a persecutor and a violent man, I was shown mercy because I acted in ignorance and unbelief.”
