🚨Almost got hit with a pretty convincing scam today. “Jasmine Birtles” reached out with what looked like a legitimate BBC interview/podcast opportunity and sent a fake StreamYard invite link. They tried to get me to download software, make an account, then enter a 6-digit verification code to "join the stream." I stopped before entering the code, changed my passwords, enabled 2FA, ran malware scans, and locked everything down. Luckily, I found a post from the real Jasmine on LinkedIn warning that her account had been hacked. Reminder: if someone sends you a StreamYard/interview/podcast invite, verify the domain carefully. The scam isn't always the software, it's often the fake login page designed to steal your account. I messaged all the big accounts we had in common and a few said they had interviews scheduled! Stay safe out there.

Wow. That dehumanisation tactic sounds, in order to abuse, sounds familiar. I have shared Ayah’s videos before but this one really hit me. Fair play for being brave enough to call out and try and protect the other Muslim women in her community from the abusive men. I truly hope she finds safety. Her TikTok is AyahsVoice. She has thousands of muslim women messaging her thanking her for giving them strength. She has over 160,000 followers so her message obviously resonates with a lot of women in the Muslim community. Very brave. Hope she stays safe.

OP: I've worked with #LISA from BP before. Even now, my hands still shake when I talk about it. It was during an interview at the launch event for her album Alter Ego at One Bangkok. If you remember, that day Lisa was wearing a slightly more daring, sexy outfit. The thing that impressed me the most about her was how humble she is. When working with Korean artists, there are usually a lot of procedures and layers involved. You rarely get direct access to the artist. But during that project, the person discussing the script with us, talking about camera angles and lighting, was actually Alice, Lisa's manager. She was incredibly professional and respected our ideas. Then, when Lisa walked out, it honestly felt like I lost all sense of reality. It was as if she was floating toward us. But of course, we had to stay professional. My friend and I were literally pinching our legs, telling ourselves, "Not yet, not yet, stay professional." As soon as she entered the set, she greeted everyone. She made eye contact with almost every person there. I even made eye contact with her. She smiled at me, and honestly, that smile just melted me. For context, this was a video interview. If you can't picture it, we were behind the camera, and Lisa was only about 1-2 m away. She was so close that you could see every detail of her skin. It sounds like I'm praising her—and I am, actually. Her manners, her presence, everything about her was admirable. She was warm, approachable, and easy to talk to. She never gave off the vibe of, "I'm a superstar, I don't need to greet anyone." Not at all. After the interview, everyone on the crew kept talking about how lovely she was. We all agreed that she was incredibly friendly, especially with Thai people. She was easy to work with and gave her all. She even told the hosts, "I'm nervous too." Those of us on the crew who were fans were basically on cloud nine for days afterward. As a fellow Thai person, I feel like she never stops making Thailand proud. The only thing I can say is that she absolutely deserves to be where she is today. She deserves to be a global star. I feel lucky to have met her, and I'm truly grateful that I had the chance to work with her, even just once. LLOUD

Call me “psycho,” “crazy,” “bananas,” whatever you want. The one thing you cannot call me is wrong. It is interesting that GinnyJamz mocks me over a “fake following,” yet she somehow knew very real, very personal details about my life back in October 2024. Why not ask Kate about the conversation she had in September 2024 about researching me? Oh right.. because they already know what was going on. Instead, they choose to publicly act like I am crazy for calling it out. They cling to comments from one year ago where some people in FKR said hurtful things about me and treat it like proof of something. Meanwhile, I have received multiple apologies since then, and it is well known that I was not lying (thanks to a few friends who have opened up to me 🥰). None of that ever gets mentioned when they try to mock or minimize what I have experienced. The people they defend are not the only ones who have dealt with threats, phone calls, employers being contacted, letters, or people showing up at homes. This was proven not only in court documents (ex: Karina Kolokithas and Jen McCabe) but also their own posts and videos. They are just selective about who they care about. Not long ago, I turned down an offer from a major news network. I read through the terms and realized it came with too many constraints, it was more of a control document than a partnership. So I walked away and chose a smaller outlet instead. The pay was not the same, but they treated me with integrity and gave me the freedom I cared about. No one ever controlled my speech. My mom thought I was making a mistake. She warned me that people who cling to idealism and independence in the media don’t usually end up financially secure. My dad saw it differently. He told me to go for it, decline the fancy offer and go with what I believed, he said that I had the drive to carve my own path and shouldn’t let myself get absorbed into something that didn’t fit. He’s always been in my corner. He's my best friend. I trusted that instinct and went all in. That decision gave me the space to chase my own vision in journalism, and eventually I stepped out completely on my own, no overhead, no constraints. It’s intense, almost nonstop work 24/7, but the payoff is real - I love what I do, I respect the people I work with and I get to stay true to myself. I sleep so well at night! I might not be the richest journalist out there, but I’d argue I’m one of the luckiest. I love my colleagues and I love my friends in the industry. Journalists are often hated today because of the rise of propaganda machines, but some are doing far braver work than many soldiers out there! So support the good ones, you all know who they are. Long Journey. 2025 didn’t start the way I planned, but God’s plan was already in motion. From the very beginning of this season of life, He covered me, guided me, and carried my family through moments we couldn’t have handled on our own. Watching my son Wesley walk through a battle no parent expects shifted my heart, my priorities, and my purpose. This season, football became more than a game, it became a place where God allowed me to refocus, stay disciplined, and remain present. Every snap, every rep, every challenge was an opportunity to trust Him deeper. When life felt heavy, He gave me strength. When the path felt unclear, He gave me direction. When I felt weak, He reminded me where my help comes from. The 2025 season with the Jacksonville Jaguars was a journey of growth, faith, and perseverance. Not just on the field, but in life. God kept showing up in big and small ways, pouring out blessings even in the middle of adversity. And I know He’s not finished yet. We’ve come a long way, but the journey continues. I’m grateful for where we are, trusting God for where we’re going, and walking forward with faith knowing His promises never fail. All glory to Him, for what He’s done, what He’s doing, and what He’s about to do.

🏴‍☠️ just wanted to let everybody know I’m alright. I appreciate the ref doing his job and keeping me safe. I’m sure a lot of people watching thought it was an early stoppage because I was still swinging when it stopped, but fair play I don’t think I was gonna win after my vision was gone. I would’ve just taken more unnecessary damage. Props to OJ ROSÉ 🇳🇬 for pulling it off last night, well done capitalizing and jumping on me when I was hurt buddy I would’ve done the same shit to you 😂 I appreciate all the phone calls and messages and any prayers would be great. God has healed me from a lot worse so I have zero doubt I’ll be all right but for now I have to lay low. Stay out of the light and stay off the screens. Can’t wait to watch the fight back. It felt like a good scrap. It’s all love to my opponent and his team. Hopefully, you guys see me back in there as soon as I’m cleared. I was happy with my cardio and I felt good in there. Im a little sad that none of us got to experience the fourth round because the game plan was to go 100 miles an hour in the last round and see who wanted it more. My mom and dad don't raise cows anymore, though. It's been quite a while since they stopped 🌳: Oh right, I think I heard about that before 🌷: They have another job now, so they don't work with the cows anymore. This is kind of TMI, but these days they go out together a lot. They play badminton... 🌳: That's so nice though! 🌷: Yeah, they even go watch movies together. They're enjoying themselves way more than before, just going out and having fun together. Seeing them like that honestly makes me really happy 🌷: Back when my parents were raising cows, one of them always had to stay with them. Someone had to feed them and take care of everything 🌷: And during calving season, whenever the cows were giving birth, both of my parents had to be there from the crack of dawn and stay all day. This one caught my eye, this young lady ユキヤ/株式投資家 @JPAstook_Yukiya [IG] finds herself in a tight spot and out more than $1000 She bought some clothing from Kith’s online catalogue, Kith is a brand I’ve never heard of, so I did a little browse to their catalogue, everything they sell is high-end. Cyber space is full of incidences where packages are not arriving, packages are arriving empty, delivery drivers are taking pictures of the package being delivered and taking the package. Having said all that these high-end vendors Lululemon, Apple etc. are aware these things are going on and Kith is no exception, and these shippers are acutely aware of this rash of claims and complaints. At the end of the day I am on the side of holding Kith responsible, they chose the shipper and this isn’t an isolated incident with FedEx KITH FedEx needs to get their house in order because their brand is severely wounded. While we are on the subject of FedEx, there’s another story I’ve been sitting on, a woman bought an expensive painting from a noted artist and bought the insurance and they have rebuffed all of her attempts to collect. Stay tuned. I’d love to hear your thoughts and horror stories about delivery problems you have experienced.
