ik she does but she’s also made no secret of her feelings on the Ed Sheeran situation, and it wouldn’t be the first time she’s called out an artist for being apolitical. She and Jordan are (were?) friends with Ed and they’ve both made it known that they’re disappointed. Jade obviously holds all of these beliefs anyway, but this time there’s an added layer to her comments about loving to stand for something/use her platform/use her voice for good/express her political opinions. And there’s also her point that she would have benefited from seeing more artists do the same when she was a child.
