@jaegersports Coach for day 1, how long do you recommend? Extend time as you go? 1 set time every day?

@jaegersports Here’s how we do it… 1:25pm Team Classroom Before 2:00pm Mindfulness 2:00pm Team Stretch If we have 5, 10, 15 mins before Stretch, that’s what we roll with that day! But you could start at 5 mins. Build routine with it. Go from there. FYI players will ask for more!
