@jaketapper @SpeakerJohnson Jake Tapper just let Mike Johnson spew a ton of f’ing lies & just sat there. I’m wondering about Tapper’s mental capacity & his mental decline.

@jaketapper @SpeakerJohnson Trump does not hide anything so that makes it okay. That is not how it is supposed to work.

@jaketapper @SpeakerJohnson Yes, people who need it will lose it and I highly doubt so many illegal immigrants are on it. What probably happens is when they arrive at a hospital for a preganacy or heart attack, the hospital will apply to medicade to help cover the cost. Just let them die? So Christian

@jaketapper @SpeakerJohnson If Johnson knows nothing about Trumps crypto dinner then he should not be leader of the house. He is just refusing to answer the question because he knows it is wrong, so wrong, so wrong, so wrong. Yet cover from the Trump crime family. Trump's lawyer was a mob lawyer?

He is talking behind a podium bearing the Presidential Seal. The Presidential Seal is governed by strict regulations under federal law, primarily 18 U.S.C. § 713 and Executive Order 11649. These rules restrict its use to official government purposes to preserve its symbolic integrity. Using the seal at a personal, for-profit event like a money-making speaking engagement or private fundraiser would likely violate these regulations, as it could imply official government endorsement of a private activity. The law prohibits using the seal in a manner that suggests government approval or affiliation for non-official events. Courts have upheld this, as seen in cases like United States v. Sindel (1995), where misuse of government insignia was penalized. Exceptions exist for specific ceremonial or educational uses (e.g., replicas at presidential libraries), but personal financial gain doesn’t qualify.

@jaketapper @SpeakerJohnson Letting the Speaker go on about how he knows nothing about the meme coin dinner while also stating that the president is way transparent is giving the speaker’s lies oxygen. Disgusting.

@jaketapper @SpeakerJohnson He "hasn't heard of it". JFC, he's so comfortable telling such an obvious and blatant lie. Funny to me that "Christians" today seem very comfortable being dishonest (and hateful).

@jaketapper @SpeakerJohnson If the man is openly corrupt then it's not corruption.
