Jaleel White needs to hear some harsh truths!

He loves being white adjacent. He has a lot of disdain for Blackness.

Family matters was funny in its space but it doesn’t belong in the same category as Fresh Prince, Martin, Living Single, The Jeffersons, A Different World , etc.

Family Matters was funny but it wasn't that deep. When they did tactical mature "Black" issues it was always ham-fisted.

I Didn’t Watch It Because the Urkel Character Sent the Wrong Message To Young Black Boys At That Particular Time. Plus I got called “Steven Urkel” By People I Respected. I Resented That Character And What It Represents

I’m think that bag may be getting low bruh. I think when people see him they will always see Urkel whenever he is casted. Same with Jimmie Walker whenever I see him I say that’s JJ ( James Evans Jr) for the youngins. Family Matters was a mid show in my opinion but I watched it.

I disagree. Jaleel brought that character to life. It just doesn’t mesh with your experience but it meshes with mine…being a nigga from Memphis who was an egg-head and wanted better for the people around him. Don’t act like you don’t know what he saying.
