Jamaican can’t cook?

Jamaicans that I know are good cooks. Their oxtails, jerk chicken and fried plantain is everything.

Frankly a lot of them can't cook. The only thing most of them can cook well is Jerk chicken with canned spices

Jamaicans are great cooks. Maybe this is one of their dishes but they're well known to be great cooks. This dish doesn't look good and doesn't look Jamaican. They're big on good food like Nigeria
