Mopup candidate there was a mistake in my uploaded O’level exam number but when I try to reupload the O’level again jamb is not sending me the OTP and i’ve created a ticket but still no response even when I try to create a new one it’s saying i’ve existing ticket and noresponse.

It's been more than one week that I sent a ticket still no response. And the situation is urgent for me. I've even asked for help in your comment section but no response.

The only JAMB explanation or video I want to watch is them critically explaining why the university cutoff mark is 150 over 400.
