I was in Wawa's a long time ago waiting at the register. Suddenly, Darth Vader said right behind me: "I'll have two double A batteries, please." I almost jumped out of my skin! He was in residence at the Yale Rep. The voice in real life was stunning.

James Earl Jones’ range was epic, especially in his stage presence — once you saw him in plays, it was “That’s it, the man will go far, deep, and wide in all things TV, stage plays, film and voice overs for TV ads”
