Metallica closed out Rock n the range years ago. Volbeat opened for them. I took my daughter and it was a great experience to remember.

I don't get why musicians write great songs early in their career then literally NOTHING ever again. It's not just Metallica. Rolling Stones, Gun n Roses, Billy Joel, Elton John, this list goes on. They just stop writing good music. It's weird.

Just saw them in Bologna. We were in the Snake Pit (compliments of Robert) I was standing directly in front of James as he sat and he looked at me acouple times while he was playing "The day that never comes". I sang along next to him... Life fulfilling moment!! 🤘🏼

Canadian high school fresh from England, a friend of mine was walking down the hallway singing "last caress, green hell", I said WTF are you singing.... HOOKED. Concerts, merch, clothing. I'm now the old guy in the car cranking Metallica everywhere.

Metallica aren’t close to being my favourite band (I do have pretty much all their albums though) but James Hetfield seems like such a great guy. I know someone on social media who would meet James sometimes picking their kids up from school and he spoke highly of JH.

I’m glad he is grounded now. He sees how his fans love the band and their music. I hope he stays in this path
