James Mwangi when asked about his retiring: "Nobody retires from entrepreneurship. Age doesn’t retire one from investing..My mother went on at 98 & she was still investing in her small-scale farm. So if I live for as long as my mother, kindly bear with me for the next 40 years"

Bold question and good answer. Giving him the right of rebuttal is even more interesting. Most CEOs would have gone on the offense.

Why are they not asking Warren Buffet why he's not retiring?

There are all indications the question was prearranged and therefore nothing so important to it. The coolness and calculation by the questioner has the hallmark when he actually almost sold himself out by referring to a previous query on a similar front! It's a Gen. Amin wit.

So to Dr Mwangi equity is just another small scale farm on the slopes of Muranga!

@NahashonKimemia It's never good for any organisation to have the same CEO for over 20 years.
