.James Talarico: What we're requesting is every internal memo, every email, every document, every text message concerning the Hoffman case. And if there's nothing to hide, then the Attorney General should feel comfortable releasing this information. But I think it's suspicious when we request this information and it's denied. Especially on a case where so many Texans have legitimate concerns, legitimate questions, and it's something that we're seeing nationally. So many people are deeply disturbed by the Epstein case, rightfully so. And then to see it repeated here in Texas in our own backyard. I mean, it should be alarming to all Texans regardless of our political party.

Talarico: Ken Paxton let a pedophile back onto our streets. Adam Hoffman should have served 25 years to life in prison, but instead served less than 29 days. And that's because Ken Paxton gave him an Epstein style sweetheart deal. That's why I called on Ken Paxton and his office to release the Hoffman files. All text messages, all emails, internal memos, all documents relating to the Hoffman case so that Texans can get their questions answered about this corrupt deal. The truth has to come out. The Epstein class has no place in Texas. And if there's one thing that we can all agree on Democrats, Independents and Republicans alike, it's that no one, including the Attorney General of Texas, should be able to cover up crimes against children.

Epstein Survivor Liz Stein: We have been called a hoax, and we are definitely not a hoax. But I think that the American people have seen through that, and they resoundingly responded in putting pressure on their legislators for the passage of the Epstein Files Transparency Act. So I think that the best way that the American public can support us is by continuing to put the pressure on and demanding accountability from our government to release all of this information.

🇺🇸 Deputy Attorney General, Todd Blanche about the identities of the men who abused the girls on Epstein's island: "There is this built-in assumption that there is a hidden information of men that we know about and covering up and choose not to prosecute. That is not the case. I don't know whether there are men out there that abuse these women. If we learn about information and evidence that allows us to prosecute them, you better believe we will. But I don't think that the public or you will uncover men within the Epstein files that abused women, unfortunately."

.James Talarico: Ken Paxton is anti-puppy. I wish I was joking when I said that, but reports just came out revealing that as Attorney General, Ken Paxton protected a research lab that was notorious for torturing and killing hundreds of puppies. And then as a state lawmaker in the Texas legislature, Ken Paxton was one of the only votes against a bill to hold animal abusers accountable. Ken Paxton never misses an opportunity to do the wrong thing, and he won't fight for the little guy — even when the little guy is literally a puppy. I'm going to be a senator for all Texans, including our four-legged Texans.

#BREAKING: Talarico: “This is the oldest strategy in the world—divide and conquer. They divide us by party, by race, by gender, by religion, by all this culture war stuff, so we don’t notice that they are picking our pockets, that they are closing our public schools all over Texas, they are gutting our healthcare, raising our premiums for Texans all over the state, and they are raising taxes on all of us while they cut taxes for themselves…Texans see through this game. They realize that we are being pitted against each other with these old, tired culture war fights so that corrupt politicians like #KenPaxton can hold on to power and continue to enrich themselves and their billionaire mega donors.”👊

Texas Attorney General Attorney General Ken Paxton tells me the fight CONTINUES against The Meadow (formerly EPIC City) and similar Muslim-centric developments, despite a judge's ruling that construction could continue: "One of the reasons we sued EPIC separately from this Workforce Commission issue is we felt like they were violating our state and federal securities laws and we think there are other issues involved with how they structured the transaction that are illegal. And we certainly think that they violated [federal] fair housing laws. If you're going to live in our country, you have to follow our state and federal laws. You have to follow our Constitution. You can't develop your own little community and then decide that you're going to determine your own laws that are separate and apart from the laws of the nation. And that is what's happening."

PabloReports: What do you expect from today’s classified briefing with Attorney General Bondi and the Deputy Attorney General? Ansari: So we just found out about this yesterday, and it came about seemingly out of nowhere. I imagine that the Attorney General is rightfully worried that she’s been subpoenaed by the Oversight Committee. There are now articles of impeachment against her—I’m an original co-sponsor—and I think she has a direct hand in this cover-up. She’s protecting rich and powerful men who have abused children, and she needs to be held accountable.

James Talarico: “We are here at Corruption HQ which is the office of Attorney General Ken Paxton where behind closed doors a sweetheart deal was given to a well-connected lawyer who abused an 8-year-old boy. We don’t need anymore pedophile protectors in our government. I filed a public information request to release the Hoffman Files, Ken Paxton just rejected it”

🚨 BOOM! President Trump just said Texas needs to storm the polls, vote KEN PAXTON, keep the state red and DECIMATE James Talafreako (D) — who said capitalism needs to be dismantled "We have a guy named Ken Paxton — he was the best attorney general in this country for the last ten years or more!" "The most effective, the hardest working, he was the best attorney general in the United States, and so I don't care about an interview, and I don't care about the way he dresses. All I know is that he was considered by almost everybody to be the best, the single, strongest, smartest, attorney general in the United States." "And I can attest to that because we have a lot of business, both governmental and when I was in the private sector, he was the most effective guy there was, and I think he should win on the basis of that." 🔥

#BREAKING: Talarico: “The fact that we have masked federal agents who are killing Americans and Texans on our streets with impunity, it’s unacceptable in a free nation. And so I think we need to overhaul this broken immigration system. We’ve got to hold ICE accountable. We’ve got to get back to Immigration and Customs Enforcement. This is not that. This is the opposite of ensuring that we have a just and fair immigration system. And so yes, I will absolutely use the power that I have to hold ICE accountable and to protect all of our neighbors here in Texas.”
