If they actually listened, they would understand exactly what he meant. Here is the clip below for actual context. It's clear he referred to encouraging Christians to vote and that he would fix the issues affecting them over the course of four years, meaning they wouldn't need to vote again in four years. "Fixed" meaning he would correct the woke issues over four years with executive orders.
