There's still some character specific ones that will do 7109. Forced 2HP>H DP>SA3>OD Palm>DR 2HP>OD Palm>OD Rekka. @Kasai_AU posted it.

Some more Jamie tech: - Due to the extended range on 2MK, Jamie can now convert from a more ranged counterhit 5MP. - The faster start-up on Bakkai allows a conversion from 2MK - Thanks to the 5HP changes, Jamie's optimal meterless combos and punishes are much more consistent. 🍶

Boot Kick: Dash forward and kick the first enemy, dealing melee damage and marking them. Shooting the marked enemy deals bonus damage.
