So, you have nothing to hide except the fact that you want to get votes by keeping the issue of Jammu & Kashmir alive. The objection by the representative of India to Pakistan's mention of Jammu and Kashmir in the Arria Formula meeting was not surprising to us. India, as a party to the Jammu and Kashmir dispute, has actually refused to implement the Security Council resolutions on this dispute, and has even refused to cooperate with the United Nations, including the good offices of the Secretary-General, and with all those mechanisms that form part of Chapter VI. As I stated in my statement, Kashmir is an international dispute. It is on the agenda of the Security Council. It was never a part of India, and it is not, and cannot be, part of India — because this was the core question at the heart of these Security Council resolutions on Jammu and Kashmir. The purpose was to determine the status of this territory: whether it wishes to be part of India or Pakistan. That status has not yet been determined, because the resolutions have not been implemented. To assert that Kashmir is a part of India is, in fact, itself a violation of the relevant Security Council resolutions. Probably this sort of treatment from a host state has never been extended to a visiting Foreign Minister of any country. #India had always considered #Pakistan as a legitimate party to #JammuAndKashmir dispute in the past. But it seems those times are over now. There is no doubt that only India and the people of #JammuKashmir are two parties to this dispute. India was invited into #Jammu and #Kashmir to fight against Pakistan and push out the invading #Pakistani troops and citizens; but instead #Indian Establishment allowed Pakistan to continue her illegal occupation of #POJK & #GilgitBaltistan and completely failed to carry out the constitutional duties for which India had been invited. We once again ask India to fulfil her constitutional duties regarding Jammu & Kashmir and then hold meaningful dialogue with the people of Jammu Kashmir.

Foreign tourists landed in Srinagar, being told by the Kangle that this is India, but when they stepped into Kashmir they realised that this place is completely different! Kashmir was nothing like India the people were different, they acted differently, they were very clean, and there was none of the filth they had experienced elsewhere in India. The Kashmiris spoke differently from the Sanghis, and looked completely different, it was almost like a different country, nothing like India. JAMMU KASHMIR IS NOT INDIA #Kashmir #JammuKashmir #IOJK
