I ❤️sardines, been eating them out of the can for years! Funny story, had to get my cholesterol down so I ate them daily for a week! My chol went from 250 to 120, wow! Did get difficult to eat them everyday so I started adding them to avocado and tomato EVOO and salt, helped lol

@NBSaphierMD True, IF you were eating them raw out of the ocean unprocessed. By the time you buy it in the store, all the mercury combined with the processing chemicals, preservatives and microplastics....you've deleted the health benefits and are now in net negative territory.
