$TUD.v - Maybe the cheapest tier-1 project on the market. Summary of the TUDOR GOLD Interview • Project focus: Treaty Creek project in BC’s Golden Triangle (CANADA), a large gold-copper exploration and development asset. One of the top 10 biggest #GOLD discoveries worldwide the last 30 years. 2024 MRE: Indicated gold: 21.66 million ounces Inferred gold: 4.88 million ounces (AuEq ounces: 27.87 Moz Indicated + 6.03 Moz Inferred) • Production ambition: Targeting a potential future production profile of ~250,000 to 300,000 oz gold per year from a large-scale underground operation, subject to economics and permitting • Resource update plans: Updated Mineral Resource Estimate planned for January 2026, with a focus on defining higher-grade zones better suited for underground mining, targeting 5M+ oz at 2+ g/t • PEA timeline: Preliminary Economic Assessment expected in Q3 2026, outlining economics, costs, and a ~10,000 tpd underground mine concept • Underground access strategy: Permitting an underground decline to allow year-round drilling, materially lower drilling costs vs surface drilling, and improve drill density and data quality • Exploration upside: Ongoing exploration beyond Goldstorm, including targets along the Sulphurets Thrust Fault, with potential for an additional 5 to 10M oz #GOLD 😳 • Capital position: Approximately $26M raised to fund the resource update, PEA work, permitting, and continued exploration throughout 2026! • Peer comparison: Management highlights favorable grade continuity and geological style compared to some nearby Golden Triangle deposits, while noting more drilling is needed to fully confirm continuity • Infrastructure advantage: Existing road and power access in the Golden Triangle seen as a meaningful positive for future development economics ————————————— 2026 may be the re-rate year with all these triggers 😍 Damn I need to add more shares even though the stock has been lagging 2025, I believe the re-rate is imminent and I love the story. They have drilled a lot of new high grade zones since the last MRE and are continuing to do so, they are even focusing on the high grade zones to add meaningful ounces and grades, all to increase the value of the company in rapid speed. This new CEO / Team is the best thing that could have happen to Tudor. Joe Ovsenek is the CEO for both Tudor and P2 Gold right now. This team means business, ( $PGLD.v ran 10x 2025..) Joe was the CEO of Pretium Resources and led Newmonts Brucejack mine from a development-stage project into a producing mine. Brucejack is also in the Golden Triangle;) Key achievements: • Took Brucejack through feasibility, permitting, financing, and construction • Brought the mine into commercial production in 2017 • Helped build Brucejack into one of Canada’s highest-grade underground gold mines After that, Brucejack was later acquired along with Pretium (Newcrest in 2022, then Newmont after buying Newcrest). Note: Brucejack is currently ranked among the top 5 largest #gold mines in Canada, a monster mine with ~8 g/t Au average grade for the mined ore. This is a team that creates value and moves forward. I am expecting a perfect storm year with rising #Gold, value creating newsflow and re-rate priceaction. Bonus: #Tudor holds significant #silver and #copper in addition to its gold resource. Historically treated as by-product credits, at today’s silver and copper prices (especially silver) those contained metals now represent substantial additional in-ground metal value that enhances the overall project economics Indicated: 128.7 Moz silver, 2.87 Blb copper Inferred: 29.0 Moz silver, 0.503 Blb copper Total: 157.7 Moz silver, 3.37 Blb copper Final comments: Tudors mcap right now is a joke. The stock have performed poorly and was a huge disappointment 2025, I can’t see that happen 2026 with current leadership, triggers ahead, further rising metal prices and as they ramp up marketing along the way

//The Wire//2300Z May 08, 2026// //ROUTINE// //BLUF: UNITED ARAB EMIRATES CONDUCTS STRIKES IN IRAN, IRANIAN RETALIATION STRIKES TARGET DUBAI AND SHIPPING IN THE STRAIT. USA INCREASES TARGETING AND INTERDICTION OPERATIONS IN THE GULF OF OMAN. MAJOR FIRE REPORTED AT REFINERY IN LOUISIANA.// -----BEGIN TEARLINE----- -International Events- Middle East: Overnight, multiple targeting efforts took place in the Strait of Hormuz. The United Arab Emirates conducted multiple airstrikes in Iran, targeting facilities on Qeshm Island as well as the port of Bandar Abbas. This attack was reportedly conducted in conjunction with the United States (or with some US support), and resulted in Iranian counterattacks on the UAE as several drones and missile attacks were reported in Dubai. Officials did not state how many munitions hit their targets, however "3 moderate injuries" were reported on the ground in the UAE as a result of this first wave of attacks. As the fighting continued throughout the night, the UAE traded bombs and missiles with Iran for a few hours, and several merchant ships in the Strait were also struck. American warships struck a total of three merchant vessels throughout the region (possibly to include in the Strait itself) overnight, all of which were empty tanker vessels attempting to run the American blockade to onload a cargo of oil from Iranian ports. Similarly, the Iranians also reportedly hit several merchant vessels, though which ones remain unknown at the moment. After the shooting subsided in the early hours of this morning, the Iranians seized a tanker in the Gulf of Oman. The M/T OCEAN KOI (IMO: 9255933) was boarded by the IRGCN for allegedly "taking advantage of regional conditions to damage and disrupt Iran’s oil exports and the interests of the Iranian nation". Analyst Comment: It's not clear as to why this vessel was boarded, as this is one of Iran's own shadow tankers which has been on the sanctions list for many years, and has previously helped export Iran's oil in violation of international sanctions. Her most recent name is the M/V JIN LI and last night she was inbound to the Persian Gulf to take on a cargo of Iranian oil at Iran's own ports. At the moment, the best guess is that the Iranians might have discovered that the oil was going to an unauthorized end customer and thus conducted the boarding. However it's also possible that during the events of the night, the Iranians needed to assert dominance, so they took the only ship that was within their reach, which happened to be one of their own. -HomeFront- Louisiana: This afternoon a major fire was reported at the PBF Chalmette Refinery. The cause of the fire has not been released, and as of this report firefighters are attempting to bring the fire under control. This facility is a comparatively smaller refinery that produces almost 200,000 bbl/d and in 2021, $550 million was invested in this facility to covert an older unit to produce diesel. Analyst Comment: Fires at refineries are more common than one might think, but this is the second fire at a refinery in the same area in a week's time. A few miles to the west, Shell reported a fire at their Norco facility last week, which was the result of a gas leak. -----END TEARLINE----- Analyst Comments: At this point, it is hard to argue that the ceasefire is still in effect in the Middle East, but that definition probably doesn't matter at this point. Over the past 48 hours, multiple offensive actions have taken place throughout the region. Nevertheless, as CJCS Gen. Caine said yesterday, these attacks are "below the threshold" for the United States to consider the ceasefire violated. The effect of this policy is two-fold: For one, gas prices don't spike by admitting the war is back on, and two, Oman and the UAE (the nations getting hit by the Iranians) are rather slighted by attacks on their homeland not being considered serious enough to warrant US intervention. From the perspective of the Emirs, their entire motivation for siding with the US and allowing the use of their territory...is for their own defense. Their oil terminals (the only reason for their wealth), getting hit by the Iranians, and the US saying that this is not important enough for us to even acknowledge it as a ceasefire violation (much less retaliate), is not going over super well, and was probably the motivating factor for the UAE conducting strikes in Iran overnight. Analyst: S2A1 Research: Disclaimer: No LLMs were used in the writing of this report. //END REPORT//

#Syria: #DuraEuropos offers a spectacular and unique testimony to the collision between 2 Empires in the mid-3rd century. Dura's final moments 👇 The site is located in the N. Abukemal countryside and overlooks the #Euphrates Valley. The Romans had chosen the town to establish their Eastern military HQ as a forward position against the rival Persian Empire. The Roman commander's Palace offered a commanding, breathtaking view over the Euphrates Valley and the lands beyond. The Romans had prior Intelligence the Persians planned to take the town and began work to fortify it. Both sides were experts in urban siege. Dura was already impregnable on 3 sides: 2 overlooked a wadi and the 3rd was built atop a cliff over 40 m high. As a result, only the Western side, opening onto a plateau and the desert, was vulnerable to an assault. Thus, the Romans significantly reinforced the Western urban section with: - an outer mudbrick glacis abutting the rampart to withstand Persian artillery - the demolition of the Roman tower-tombs outside the city, to prevent the Persians from using them as watchtowers - the sacrifice of the entire first row of urban buildings (including the famous Synagogue) to erect a massive earth bank granting quick access to the wall walk. Both the outer glacis and the inner earth berm were also designed to support the rampart on both sides and prevent it from collapsing once the Persian mines began. In 256, the Persian army, led by King Shapur I, began to move to take the town. The King, who mobilized a sizable army, laid siege to the town, blocking the Western side. The Persians first tried conventional tactics, launching assaults on the main gate (see 0:02-0:10), but all attempts to enter the town were defeated by the Romans. Then the Persians began digging mines under the rampart, aiming to make it collapse. But, as seen, the Romans had prepared for this scenario: although the foundations of both the rampart and several towers were damaged by the mines, the double (outer and inner) protection built by the Romans held and prevented the rampart from collapsing. While the rampart cracked (see 0:14) and sank several meters, no breach was created. The Persians also used mines to try to directly enter the town, but the Romans detected them and built their own counter-mines, killing the enemy soldiers in underground battles. As an anecdote, the skeleton of a Persian soldier was found during archaeological excavations conducted in the 20th century. He was buried in a collapsed mine, still wearing his chainmail, along with Roman coins he stole while passing through a tomb during the mining operation. Dura also offers the first documented use in History of the principles of chemical warfare: remains of sulfur dioxide and fire accelerants were found - along with bodies - in some mines, believed to have been used to spread toxic fumes and kill soldiers. After all attempts to break into the town failed, the Persians had no other choice but to begin one of the greatest siege works in History (only surpassed by Masada): the construction of a massive assault ramp, aiming to surpass the height of the rampart (8–9 m). It's believed the Persians forced residents of nearby villages who didn't take shelter in Dura to build it, as the Romans heavily targeted them with artillery and arrows, killing scores. But the construction of the ramp went ahead and the Romans used the Persian technique against them: they dug 2 tunnels from inside the town and mined the assault ramp, causing parts of it to collapse. Yet the Persians had time and manpower on their side and the assault ramp was eventually completed, allowing them to storm the town. The last Roman soldiers of the garrison retreated to the citadel (seen at 1:14), where they resisted until the end. The population of Dura was then deported to the Persian Empire and the town was abandoned, which allowed for an exceptional state of preservation, with some of the most stunning discoveries for this period: papyri, clothes and wall paintings - all preserved thanks to the dry climate. The precise timing of Dura's fall isn't known, but it's believed to have taken about one year. The stubborn resistance of the Roman garrison significantly delayed Shapur I from moving further West, which would culminate with the capture of Antioch in 260, at a time when the Roman Empire faced an acute crisis.

NEW: I have "color-enhanced" all of the new footage from the exterior Canton Police Department Sallyport video between 5:36:06PM - 5:43:55PM on 1/29/22 (the day of John O'Keefe's death). Multiple pieces of footage are missing at crucial moments (as are multiple pieces of footage from the interior Sallyport camera at the same time). Timeline: 5:35:06PM - Exterior footage begins. 5:35:12PM - 5:35:22PM - Footage missing from exterior Sallyport camera. 5:35:44PM - 5:36:03PM - Footage missing from exterior Sallyport camera. 5:36:03PM - 5:35:16PM - Karen Read's Lexus headlights shine against the outside of the Sallyport wall for the first time. 5:36:16PM - 5:36:26PM - Footage missing from exterior Sallyport camera. 5:36:26PM - 5:36:43PM - Karen's Lexus is pulled into Canton PD Sallyport. 5:36:43PM - 5:37:40PM - Man exits Karen's Lexus from driver door, second man (Michael Proctor) approaches man. Man takes picture of the front license plate on Karen's Lexus. Proctor walks to back right of Karen's car (near Karen's rear passenger taillight). Man opens and closes Karen's door. Man walks away from Karen's taillight. 5:37:40PM -5:39:37PM - Footage missing from interior Sallyport camera. 5:37:40PM - 5:38:02PM (missing from interior Sallyport camera) - Man walks back towards Karen's Lexus, takes picture of back license plate, talks to Proctor (standing near Karen's rear passenger taillight), and walks away. 5:38:07PM - 5:38:11PM (missing from interior Sallyport camera) - Michael Proctor walks away from Karen Read's taillight and out of the Sallyport. 5:38:34PM - 5:38:41PM (missing from interior Sallyport camera) - Unknown Man 1 walks around near Karen Read's rear passenger taillight (the man appears on camera walking from inside the Canton PD sallyport area near Karen's taillight), and then walks back off camera (while remaining inside the Sallyport and standing directly next to Karen's rear passenger taillight). 5:38:47PM - Canton PD Chief Ken Berkowitz enters Sallyport (per Card Access Logs, source - 5:38:59PM - 5:39:03PM (missing from interior Sallyport camera) - Unknown Man 2 enters Canton PD from Sallyport (on exterior Sallyport camera), approaches Unknown Man 1, turns his heads towards the internal Canton PD Sallyport camera (footage from the internal camera is missing from this moment), and gestures while speaking to Unknown Man 1. 5:39:03PM - 5:39:37PM - Footage missing from exterior (and interior) Sallyport camera. This is the only 30 seconds of footage that is missing from both cameras, and this footage occurs as the very moment the two unknown men were standing near Karen Read's rear passenger taillight). 5:37:40PM -5:39:37PM - Footage missing from interior Sallyport camera. 5:39:37PM - Footage resumes of internal and external Sallyport cameras with five people inside the Sallyport sweeping the floor of snow and talking. 5:45PM ET - The first pieces of Karen Read's taillight are found --by Brian Tully, John Fanning, Yuri Bukhenik and Michael Proctor's State Police team-- at 34 Fairview Road, just 1.4 miles away from the Canton Police Department Sallyport). Over the next three days, even more pieces of Karen Read's broken taillight are "found under melting snow" near the scene at Fairview Road by none other than Chief Berkowitz himself. Previously, on Sunday, I reported: I was able to confirm --live on stream-- that there are 118 seconds of footage missing from the internal Canton PD Sallyport footage at the very moment (5:37-5:39PM ET on 1/29/22) that Michael Proctor and a Mystery man were near Karen Read's rear passenger taillight. The missing from the internal Sallyport camera covers roughly 5:37:40PM -5:39:37PM (1 minute and 58 seconds of footage missing). 30 seconds of footage is also missing from the external Canton PD driveway camera aimed at the Sallyport (this overlaps with 30 seconds of footage missing from the internal Sallyport camera). The missing footage from the external Sallyport camera covers roughly 5:39:03PM - 5:39:37PM (34 seconds missing). Just minutes later, around 5:45PM ET, according to state police reports, the first pieces of Karen's taillight were found on the lawn of 34 Fairview Road by Brian Tully's state police unit (where John O'Keefe's body was found earlier that morning). Of note: at least one person who was at Fairview Road around the time of John's death, an undercover ATF agent named Brian Higgins, was also at the Canton Police Department during the afternoon of 1/29/22 talking to then-chief Ken Berkowitz (Higgins close friend). Berkowitz, for his part, swiped his access card to enter the Canton PD Sallyport at exactly 5:38:47PM ET (in the middle of the missing 118 seconds of footage from the internal Sallyport camera and, shockingly, just 14 seconds before the 30 second gam in the external driveway camera cuts out at 5:39:03PM. My questions: Who --working for the DA-- edited these videos to video crucial details of that 118 seconds while Michael Proctor and at least one Mystery Man were in the direct vicinity of Karen Read's rear passenger Lexus taillight? Did someone --with the help of Brian Tully's State Police unit and the Norfolk DA-- use that window of time to take pieces of Karen's taillight and plant them at Fairview Road in the minutes after 5:39PM on 1/29/22? Why was Ken Berkowitz the person who found even more pieces of Karen's taillight "as the snow melted" in the days after 1/29/22? Why did a Trooper who worked for Brian Tully as Tully's First Officer (a man named John Fanning) previously run a data-related company with Norfolk DA video-editor Coleen Crawford? What did Kelly Devers actually see on the Canton PD cameras that day/evening of 1/29/22? And, perhaps most importantly, who killed John O'Keefe, why did they do so, and how did they have enough pull to call in this kind of coverup? John's family, and every other person tormented by this state police unit (enabled by the Norfolk DA, Michael Morrisey), deserve answers. Be they Karen Read, Sandra Birchmore's family, Tiffany Overstreet, Aidan TurtleBoy Kearney or otherwise, justice is coming. Truth may not a panacea, but it is an asymptote. May we, forever, strive to reach that untouchable x-axis with all of our collective might and prayers. That's what I'll be praying for on this Sunday, and may God bless you all. I meant what I said, as well: Adam Deitch for District Attorney can meet the moment and fix this chaos (in a way that does not destroy the Republic). I believe that with my whole heart. Do consider a vote for Mr. Deitch in the September, 2026, Norfolk District Attorney Primary (if you live in the county). Voters may participate in the primary if they are un-enrolled, or Democrats, 10 days before the primary vote takes place.

Fellow Nigerians and friends around the world, good day. Under the leadership of H.E. President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Nigeria’s population of over 240m continues to demonstrate a growing commitment to accessing quality health services and preventive tools that protect lives, reduce avoidable illness, and sustain productivity nationwide. This progress is evidenced by measurable outcomes. In Q2 2024, health facilities nationwide recorded approx. 10m hospital visits. By Q2 2025, visits exceeded 45m, representing a more than fourfold increase and reflecting increased use of essential and life saving services, particularly immunization. Once constrained by misinformation, distrust, and limited access, Nigeria’s youthful population is now achieving historic immunization coverage. Under this administration, over 25m measles doses and 22m yellow fever vaccinations have been administered, alongside Africa’s first Mpox vaccine rollout. In addition, five million children have received the pentavalent vaccine, over 10m the tetanus diphtheria vaccine through the nationwide diphtheria response, and more than 1m vaccines from the Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance funded global stockpile have supported meningitis outbreak control in northern regions. Nigeria Government of Nigeria has taken a historic step in malaria control with the introduction of its first ever malaria vaccine. As the country bearing the world’s highest malaria burden, accounting for approx. 39.3 percent of malaria related deaths among children under five, deployment of the R21 Matrix M vaccine marks a major public health milestone. With over 97 percent of Nigerians at risk, the vaccine complements existing interventions such as insecticide treated nets and seasonal malaria chemoprevention. Rollout commenced in Bayelsa and Kebbi states, with Kebbi alone targeting 179,542 children aged five to fifteen months. Nigeria received 1m doses in total, including 846,200 from Gavi and 153,800 financed by the FG, with plans for further scale up. Nigeria is no longer defined solely by disease burden but increasingly by leadership in domestic resource mobilization and global disease control efforts. In 2025, the FG committed 54m dollars in domestic resources to the global fight against TB Stop TB Partnership and emerged as the largest African contributor to The Global Fund, as announced at the most recent G20 meeting in Johannesburg. These gains are substantive. Sustained increases in health sector financing Federal Ministry of Health, NIGERIA across all levels of govt., covering primary infrastructure, workforce development, and vaccination campaigns, have reinforced global confidence in Nigeria as a provider of solutions. A further illustration is the drive to eliminate cervical cancer. Approx. 12,000 Nigerian women are diagnosed annually, yet the disease is preventable through early HPV vaccination. Since the Oct. 2023 launch across 15 states and the FCT, over 14m eligible girls aged 9 to 14 years have been vaccinated, representing more than 90 percent coverage. These achievements reflect deliberate sectoral reform and strengthened coordination through the Sector Wide Approach SWAp Coordination Office, aligning all tiers of govt. with development partners and NGOs. Recently, formal approval was granted for an additional 68bn naira for vaccine financing and related requirements, with funds lodged at the NPHCDA and scheduled for release. The Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu extends beyond economic reform and infrastructure investment. It is anchored in the development of the Nigerian person and the capacity of every citizen to live a healthy, productive, and dignified life. This administration remains committed to ensuring that preventable illness and avoidable death no longer constrain the full potential of the men and women who advance our nation. Thank you, and may God bless the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

I know WHY Robinhood Chain died And 99% of people are blaming the wrong thing. The real reason? Snipers + stupid devs = 💀 On NOXA, tokens launched directly into Uniswap V3 pools - with no bonding curve and no liquidity migration. Noxa tried to protect launches with a few temporary restrictions: — You couldn’t buy a token in the same block it was created. — Each individual buy was capped. — All restrictions disappeared after 366 blocks (roughly one hour). The problem? These protections looked much stronger on paper than they were in practice. The 2% supply limit per wallet meant almost nothing when one operator could spread purchases across dozens of fresh wallets. Trading could start at a random interval between 2 and 60 seconds. Anonymous teams were already building and selling tools designed to spam launches and wash trade. Noxa has earned $12M in fees and at least half of that value was captured by snipers. Back on July 11, the Noxa team released an update attempting to address the spam and fake-volume problem. But the clearest example of what was already happening is $ARROW: 200 interconnected wallets. 80% of the supply. None of these wallets had any prior EVM history and they all bought $ARROW within the first three minutes of launch. This entire situation was severely exacerbated by Robinhood's architecture. Robinhood Chain officially uses a first-come, first-served (FCFS) sequencing model. Transaction ordering is determined by the exact time they reach the sequencer, not by who pays a higher gas fee. This means the ultimate advantage didn't go to those who paid more gas, but to those who had the fastest RPCs, automated bundlers and the lowest latency to the sequencer. The block time for RH is up to 100ms, so by flooding every 100ms, you can almost guarantee that you’ll be among the first to buy. Additionally, some optimizations in the sniper smart contract have made flooding cheaper than with others. Anyone who has been in the Robinhood trenches since day one remembers that the space was originally pure PvE. There were no bot wars and even beginners could easily trade. But once the bots entered the game, things became incredibly difficult. Additionally, as far as I know, there was a group of people executing DDoS attacks on the frontend. They would buy the dips and then sell off once the website went down and retail couldn't access it. Ultimately, the Noxa team couldn't handle the combined on-chain and off-chain pressure, which led to their decision to shut down. This is just my theory, as the team hasn't shared any specifics, but it's the most logical explanation considering that 3 different launchpads are consistently running into the exact same issues. By no means am I defending the teams behind NOXA, Pons or vladdotfun. The responsibility lies on them for abusing vibecoding and completely ignoring audits. These factors led to a major chill and the gradual death of the Robinhood. What used to be a place where newcomers could chill in a PvE space and lock in solid gains has unfortunately devolved into the same chaotic casino as the Solana trenches. A big thanks to Kauman for the information from snipers teams!

Kremlin aide Yuri Ushakov gave a *very upbeat* late-night readout of Vladimir Putin’s talks with US envoy Steve Witkoff's delegation. A meeting that ended after 3am Moscow time. It's usual to hear this kind of tone from Putin's team (my translation): "A meeting took place between Russian President Vladimir Putin and US special envoy Steve Witkoff, along with [Trump's son-in-law] Jared Kushner and Joshua Greenbaum. Greenbaum is a senior White House adviser focused on economic issues, and this was the first time he joined the American team. "The talks lasted about four hours, and the atmosphere was very positive. [It was] constructive, open, and unusually frank. I’d even say it was a very trusting conversation. "As you know, the Americans came straight from Davos. Right up until boarding the plane for Moscow they were attending events alongside President Donald Trump, including meetings connected to the Ukraine settlement. "They shared their fresh impressions first-hand, especially about Trump’s meeting with Vladimir Zelensky in Davos. Which both Witkoff and Kushner attended personally. We also discussed other contacts they had in December and January. including in Mar-a-Lago in Florida and in several European capitals. "In general, the main purpose of today’s Kremlin meeting was to get a clear picture of what the Americans learned from their talks with the Ukrainians and the [Western] Europeans. And then, together, to agree the parameters for what happens next. "That next step has now been agreed. "It was decided that already today, Friday, 23 January [he said November, but meant January], the first meeting of a trilateral working group on security will take place in Abu Dhabi. "Trilateral" means Russia, the US, and Ukraine. "At the same time, also in Abu Dhabi, the heads of a separate bilateral economic group will meet, that’s Russia and the US only. [Kremlin aide Kirill] Dmitriev will take part, and so will Steve Witkoff. "Our security delegation is already formed and will fly to the UAE in the next few hours. It includes senior Defence Ministry figures and is headed by Admiral [Igor] Kostyukov, the chief of the Main Directorate of the General Staff [the GRU]. "And I can tell you: the delegation has just received direct instructions from President Putin, based on the details of today’s talks. "The key point reaffirmed today is this: without resolving the territorial issue, on the basis of the Anchorage formula [where Putin and Trump met in August], there is no point expecting a lasting settlement. "President Putin again stressed that Russia is genuinely interested in resolving the Ukraine crisis through political and diplomatic means. "But until that happens, Russia will continue to pursue the goals of the "special military operation" on the battlefield. Where, as he put it, the Russian armed forces currently hold the strategic initiative. "They also discussed Trump’s idea of creating a "Board of Peace," a number of regional issues, and the Greenland situation. "On the Board of Peace specifically, Russia again said it would be ready to direct $1 billion into the structure. [To be taken] from Russian assets that were frozen under the previous US administration. "The remaining frozen funds, Russia suggested, could later be used to rebuild territories affected by the fighting. After a peace treaty is signed between Russia and Ukraine. "That topic will continue to be discussed in the bilateral economic working group. "I want to stress as well: future Russia–US relations were discussed in a constructive spirit. The assumption on both sides is that there’s huge potential for cooperation across many areas. "The Americans are already thinking about projects that could be launched once the Ukraine settlement is reached. "They also put major effort into preparing today’s trilateral security format, and they hope the Abu Dhabi meeting will go well. And will open a path toward progress on the entire package of issues tied to ending the conflict and achieving a negotiated peace. "To sum it up: the Kremlin meeting that just ended was useful in every sense, for both Russia and the US. "And both sides agreed to stay in close contact going forward. Not only on Ukraine, but on other issues as well."

After regrouping with our investors and the team, I’ve made the difficult decision to wind down Hike completely. Our US business, launched just nine months ago, is off to a strong start. But scaling globally would require a full recap, a reset that is not the best use of capital or time. The Big Question → We could raise the capital, but the real question is: is it worth it? Is this a climb worth pivoting for? For the first time in 13 years, my answer is no. Not for me, not for my team, and not for our investors. Why? 1. RMG was never the destination. It was a way to test unit economics and traction in India while working toward a bigger vision. In hindsight, starting in India locked us into the model and regulatory headwinds, turning a temporary path into a more permanent one. 2. The Gaming Nation vision is real, but we may be too early. The world will eventually move toward a Nation-type model in gaming and Web3 - Company 2.0. But crypto regulation is still developing globally, and we don’t want to repeat India, where we hoped for clarity that never came. 3. And most importantly, if doing a full reset, is this where I’d put my own capital and energy today? For the first time, the answer is no. The world has changed in the last decade - and so have I. There are more important problems to solve and bigger opportunities to deploy brilliant talent and capital. Looking Back & Lessons The last 13 years have been immense. Hike Messenger reached 40M MAUs and became the 35th most loved consumer brand in India at its peak. With Rush, we built a brand new kind of Casual PvP gaming platform and scaled it to 10M users and $500M+ in gross revenue in just 4 years. Our execution was super, but we could never quite make it stick. There are clear lessons to carry forward, especially on market selection: 1. Be careful with winner-take-all markets. To win, you need to go global. 2. Don’t build for today’s tech constraints. Build on the spring/summer of new technologies. 3. Regulatory clarity matters. Risk is fine; uncertainty is not. More importantly momentum is everything. And build what your heart and mind are deeply excited about. It’s the conviction that carries you through. This is both a disappointment and a hard outcome. But I choose to look on the bright side: the learnings are invaluable, and my conviction for what’s next is even stronger. To everyone who has been part of this journey - our users, our team, our investors, and our community - thank you. As a CEO, you’re only as strong as your team, and I want to give a special shout-out to mine - an incredible group of people who gave this everything. Hike This chapter ends, but the climb continues. Looking Forward I’ve always thrived at building at the forefront of technology. Over the last decade, in the little time I had to explore outside of Hike, I kept returning to the same three frontiers. And now, they feel like the great canvases for decades to come → 1. AI → For the first time, technology has both intelligence and memory. Imagine products that don’t just serve us functionally but truly know us - systems that adapt, grow, and partner with us. As a UX-first builder, this is the most exciting time to be building software. 2. Breakthroughs in Energy → Human progress has always been bound by energy. The world’s demand for energy is rising faster than ever. Breakthrough approaches, especially in physics are needed to power the future. The last century gave us mastery of fine matters and electricity, the next will move deeper, at the intersection of science and spirituality - into what yogis call divine magnetism and physicists call the quantum world or electromagnetism. From there will come technologies that today feel impossible to imagine. 3. Mastery of the Self → As AI takes on more of our work, a deeper question will rise: what now defines us? When productivity is no longer the measure of worth, humanity will turn inward. Man’s evolution will move from the intellect to intuitive attunement - a deeper connection with ourselves and the divine (which we’ll realise are one and the same). The tools, spaces, and guides that help us explore this inner world will be as transformative as any innovation in the outer one - unlocking the next level of humanity’s potential. If you put these together, a picture emerges: → the cost of intelligence trending to zero → the cost of energy trending to zero → and the cost of willpower falling lower and lower. Just imagine a future where willpower is infinite, energy is abundant, and intelligence is at our fingertips. This is the future I will help build — and it’s where I’ll be contributing in the decades to come. This new chapter will look very different from the last one 🚀 Video for perspective. Ghengis Khan was not an "evil tyrant", but actually one of the most compassionate leaders in human history. His first law as Khan, for example, was to ban bridal kidnapping. After, he created a welfare system for captured women in which they were financially cared for, along with their children. Captured women and children were allowed full rights and integration within the Mongol civilization. Captured children, especially, were encouraged to join the military and could rise to its highest ranks like any other Mongol. “As long as men kidnapped women, there would be feuding on the steppes. Genghis Khan’s first new law reportedly forbade the kidnapping of women, almost certainly a reaction to the kidnapping of his wife”. Furthermore, he “forbade the abduction and enslavement of any Mongol", ending all slavery within his lands. The motivation of these laws was due to the facts that Chingis was born from a kidnapped mother, enslaved as a boy, and his first wife was kidnapped. It is suspected by all scholars and especially the children of Chingis, that his first son was illegitimate and that the true father was the kidnapper of his wife. The child's name translated into english is something like "visitor", proving this claim to scholars. Yet, despite this problem, Chingis always insisted his first son was legitimate and consistently tried to make him the sole inheritor of the Empire, a task he failed to accomplish. These actions prove, without a doubt, the quality of Chingis' compassionate character. For those who do live in the steppe as I do, you may be surprised to know that bridal kidnapping is the most common form of marriage now today in the region with the sole exception of Mongolia. Locally, in Kyrgyzstan, we practice two types of kidnapping - "Ala-ka-chu" and "kyz kuumai". Ala-ka-chu is a forced kidnapping where men form a type of gang and plot the kidnapping of a local woman. Typically, the "rules" are that if a man kidnaps a woman and brings her to his home for 24 hours, she becomes his property. Families can even coordinate together to kidnap a woman and force her hand in marriage. Women are stolen so commonly, even a student from my university was abducted right in front of the gate recently. Ala-ka-chu is not an authentic tradition but rather an unjustly modified version of a legitimate tradition called "kyz kuumai", a consensual form of bridal kidnapping in which a man races after a woman on horseback and if he captures her, she becomes his property. If the woman wrestles the man or escapes from him, then she declines the marriage. It's her choice. Typically, it's like a quick game of chase, the woman allows the man to kiss her on the cheek and then she jumps off his horse into the sunset. Ancient Mongolia was much like my world in that sense that women and goods would constantly be stolen again and again and again in an endless cycle by all the various rival tribes. The kidnappings were always of the most violent character. Women, like Hoelun (Chingis Khan's mother), would routinely throw themselves to their kidnappers by submission so that their families could escape and survive. Chingis Khan was the sole person to stop this trend in Mongolia forever. These violent practices may continue today in various regions of the steppe, but never in Mongolia. The benevolence of Chingis Khan becomes clear with this example alone. His genius can be further seen with his tax policies. He established a free tax zone throughout the Silk Road. "He lowered taxes for everyone, and abolished them altogether for doctors, teachers, priests, and educational institutions.” Generally, there was a maximum of a 10% flat tax at maximum. We often look down upon Chingis Khan as some type of monster, yet his citizens had some of the lowest tax rates in human history, or, at the least, certainly lower than anything we currently face. Keep in mind, when we discuss "taxes" we mean captured enemies like Chinese farmers. Mongolian herdsmen, for example, paid a 1% tax. Military members could void all taxes by simply performing various acts of community service. With such an abundance of new cultures consistently conquered, Chingis Khan became perplexed. These foreign populations never fought over women as they did at home. Instead, the sedentary folk fought over religion. To solve this problem, “Genghis Khan decreed complete and total religious freedom for everyone. Although he continued to worship the spirits of his homeland, he did not permit them to be used as a national cult.” It is indeed written that Chingis' motivation for religious freedom laws was due to infighting between captured enemies, yes. However, I like to think personally that this law hails from his early exposure to Christians. For example, his father was named “Yesugei", translating to "Jesua" after Jesus. The Khan of his father and the first Khan Chingis served was a devout Christian, along with a majority of his members. This is not to say they experienced Christianity like a modern person. Certainly they were Mongols first, and Christians second. It is additionally important to note that the Empire was always ruled by women, while the men were at war. These women rulers were typically of a Christian orientation themselves, rather than a Tengrianist like Chingis. Meanwhile, the scholars of Chingis' day were Tibetan Buddhists, Chinese Confucians, or most often Persian Muslims. Religious freedom was an obvious necessity. The answer of why no Westerner knows any positive attributes of Chingis Khan is due to a mistranslation in name. The Mongols were a mysterious, unknown force to the Europeans. The Rus originally confused them with the Tatar peoples. The Tatars were a tribe focused in the South Russia. In the 1100s, they were on par with the Mongols and were the sworn enemy of Yisügei, the father of Chingis Khan, who they later killed by poison. Eventually, Chingis had his revenge, defeated the Tatars, and then incorporated them into his army, along with dozens of other turkic tribes throughout the region. The Europeans built upon the Rus translations and referred to the Mongols as “Tartars”, “a play on the Latin word for hell, ‘Tatarus’”. On older maps, one may find regions referenced as “Tartary” or “Tartaria”; these lands are simply the territories controlled by the Mongols (and various Turkic tribes) until the Soviet era. It is logical for Westerners to continually liken the Mongols with demons from hell (Tartarus) and exclusively maintain an oral history of terror associated with the Mongols. This information comes to us from the first Catholic friar to visit the Mongols in 1200s. The policy of graciously accepting and then integrating the enemy tribes into the Mongol forces began with the Tatars. When we think of "raping and pillaging" by the Mongols, we confuse it with encouraged integration in which, for the first time in steppe history, enemies were Yes, all the men were killed; you're right. However, the children, as previously clarified were adopted and kindly raised into various positions of power, rather than as slaves, as was the previous system. Ethnically, Mongols are most related to the Tatrs, Khitan, and Turkic tribes. “They asserted, then and now, a direct descent from the Huns, who founded the first empire on the high steppe in the third century. Hun is the Mongolian word for human being, and they called their Hun ancestors Hun-nu, the people of the sun.” The physical appearance of Chingis was never written down and all reference to Chingis' appearance was illegal to capture in art form. All later notions of Chingis' appearance comes from modern art. However, being so closely integrated with Tatars and directly from the Huns does confirm that the Mongols had blonde/orange hair with blue/green eyes, much like any European. "Mixing" most often occurred through consensual inter-marriage between captured women and Mongols. Throughout Chingis' time, the majority of external genetics would have come from inter-marriage between the Persian population (in a very low percentage). Chinese genetics were introduced to the Mongols throughout the rule of Kublai Khan. Kubali successfully conquered the Chinese and formally set up the new Mongol capital in now what is considered Bejing. He massively shifted the focus from Mongol culture and practices to Chinese. The 1200s began the genetic shift in all steppe genetics and cemented them as a "mixed" population. Every semester, I have a minimum of one student cry on me and lament that she should have a more European appearance and that she curses the Mongols for their mixing. It's a core issue at the identity of the steppe folk. Locally, we have a unique genetic anomaly where it is common to see a child with pure white hair and blue eyes come from two parents with black hair and black eyes. We call them "Yenesei Kyrgyz", referencing the original appearance and location of steppe folk in Siberia. The depth of Chingis' khans magnanimity is boundless. In steppe culture, his kindness would be considered boundless without any comparison. My contention is that Westerners fear Mongols for their battle tactics certainly, but majority from the mistranslation related to tartarus. I will begin to write a formal article about the history of Chingis Khan, as noted from a variety of sources including classical French, Persian, Chinese, and more recently American scholars. If this article performs well, I will write a longer form post soon. All ideas in this thread hail from Jack Weatherford's book Ghengis Khan and the Making of the Modern World, a commentary on the Secret History of the Mongols, newly translated into English. To conclude, the final reason why Westerns have no accurate information about the Mongols is due to secrecy. Their history is literally translated as The Secret History. All records of the ruling Mongol family were kept hidden. It's not a conspiracy to make this claim, but entirely logical, as seen in Chingis' own law of how he should never be publicly depicted. The Mongol rulers consistently made a substantial effort to keep their lived experience hidden from public view. Later Soviet influence did not help with record keeping. The singular, positive historical record Westerners had access to about the Mongols was from the account of Marco Polo. However, Polo's account focused on Kubali and the then newly formed Chinese-esque empire, rather than the benevolent examples from Chingis' personal legacy.

[Seoul Economic Daily] 260119 “Unmatched Fan Power” BTS JIN Proves His “World-Class” Presence 👩‍💼Numbers sometimes speak. Sometimes they reflect popularity, point to direction, and prove the flow of the times. But when those numbers are created by fans’ choices, their meaning becomes much deeper. The news we shared today clearly shows just how far those choices can reach. 🏆👩‍💼BTS JIN once again proved his global popularity by taking first place in the 2025 Heart Choice Awards in the Solo Artist Choice category. This award ceremony is the 2025 Heart Choice Awards, co-hosted by the pop fandom app Choeaedol and the global beauty brand Cell Fusion C. Under the concept “This year’s choice completed by hearts,” the most-loved artist of the year was selected through 100 percent fan voting. Voting took place from December 23, 2025, to January 4, 2026. When the results were revealed, fans’ attention immediately turned to JIN. In the final tally, JIN earned a total of 1,295 points, rising to first place in the Solo Artist category amid fierce competition. 👩‍💼This achievement carries more than the meaning of a simple ranking. At a time when both group and individual activities are receiving attention, it clearly shows that JIN continues to maintain top-tier influence as a solo artist as well. In particular, this win is even more meaningful because it was achieved solely through fans’ choices, not digital chart performance or broadcast exposure. 🏢👩‍💼Fans participated directly and created the result with their own hands. Within it are trust, affection, and the time spent waiting, all directed toward JIN. A reward advertisement for the first-place win will be revealed soon. On January 26, a congratulatory advertisement celebrating JIN’s first place will be displayed on the large digital screen at the COEX Superior Tower in Seoul. This advertisement is not just a promotional piece. It becomes a symbolic scene where global fans’ choices are realized as large-scale media in the heart of the city. It is the moment when fans’ hearts, which began online, expand into offline space. This achievement draws even more attention because another record overlapped around the same time. 🏆👩‍💼JIN also won the Male Popularity Award at the 40th Golden Disc Awards through fan voting. That vote ran from December 22, 2025, to January 5, 2026. Achieving meaningful results in two large-scale fan votes held almost simultaneously shows how organized and focused JIN’s fandom is. 👩‍💼This goes beyond simply having many fans. It is strong proof of a fandom that participates consistently and sees things through to the end. Through his solo activities, JIN has shown an expanded musical spectrum along with a more personal narrative. In the process, he has firmly established his own place not just as a member of a group, but as the artist JIN. This result confirms that his journey is being clearly delivered to fans as well. 👩‍💼Meanwhile, BTS, the group JIN belongs to, is preparing for a full comeback on March 20. As the members, each having added their own color and depth through solo activities, come together again as a team, attention is focused on what kind of new synergy they will show. In particular, anticipation is growing over how JIN’s expanded presence as a solo artist and the solid support of his fandom will blend into group activities. Something created by fans’ choices, and the fact that those choices continue. JIN’s latest win is not just a single trophy, but a reflection of the hearts of fans around the world who are still waiting for him and cheering him on. #JIN #방탄소년단진 방탄소년단 BIGHIT MUSIC BTS_official 서울경제신문 최애돌 Golden Disc #HeartChoiceAwards #Goldendiscawards

//The Wire//2300Z March 17, 2026// //ROUTINE// //BLUF: ATTACKS CONTINUE IN BAGHDAD AS FPV DRONES BEGIN MORE FREQUENT USE IN IRAQ. IED DISCOVERED AT MACDILL AIR FORCE BASE IN FLORIDA. COUNTERTERRORISM CENTER DIRECTOR RESIGNS IN PROTEST OF WAR.// -----BEGIN TEARLINE----- -International Events- Persian Gulf: Over the past few days, conflict within Baghdad has become more significant, as Iranian-backed militia groups concentrate attacks on the Green Zone. Last night the Al-Rashid Hotel was hit by an Iranian drone, and another FPV drone incident was reported as the Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF) continue conducting reconnaissance of the American Embassy compound, which usually results in drone attacks later on that night. These attacks have continued to be a daily occurrence, with sensitive sites at the Embassy compound being struck over the past few days. -HomeFront- Florida: Yesterday one of the Entry Control Points (ECPs) at MacDill Air Force Base was shut down due to a suspicious package being discovered at the Visitor's Center. After some time, EOD personnel cleared the device, and operations returned to normal. Analyst Comment: Officially, no comment has been made on this incident beyond the brief lockdown. As suspicious package incidents are extremely common nowadays, usually nothing comes of it. However in this case, a photo of the suspicious package circulated on social media, which indicates that this was a legitimate IED and not just a lost bag. Whether or not it was actually a viable device is anyone's guess, but the photo of the alleged device indicates that the fuze was lit, only sputtering out on it's own. So clearly somebody tried to blow something up, regardless of the failure to detonate. As a result, this is another important reminder of the threats that remain constant throughout American society, as the war in the Middle East inflames tensions at home. Washington D.C. - This morning the Director of the National Counterterrorism Center, Joe Kent, resigned from his position in protest of the continuing war in Iran, stating that he "cannot in good conscience support the ongoing war in Iran. Iran posed no imminent threat to our nation, and it is clear that we started this war due to pressure from Israel and its powerful American lobby." -----END TEARLINE----- Analyst Comments: While all resignations in protest will sharply divide sentiment for and against, many arguments are being undertaken as people speak without thinking first. The fiery resignation letter is now functionally a Rorschach Test...people who make policy decisions will see what they want to see in it, and divide themselves accordingly. Disparaging comments attacking one's character that come out only after a public opinion is expressed are not the best indicator for what is really going on behind the scenes, but nevertheless that's exactly what ends up happening among those who are making decisions regarding the war. What is undeniable is that such a high-profile resignation right now is extremely important, and might be an indicator of future events. Regardless of the politics in play, (and taking personal feelings out of the situation entirely), when one of the main players in the US Intelligence Community resigns right now, at this present time, this is probably an indicator of far more serious developments coming down the pipeline. Senior resignations of this nature in any nation are quite rare, and hard-hitting resignation letters are rarer still. Nobody resigns because they think the war will be over anytime soon, and Kent (being the second-highest-ranking individual in the Intelligence Community) would have had the access to know information pertaining to future events that have not been made public. Due to this context, this could be an early indicator of what decisions have quietly been made behind closed doors, which have not yet come to fruition. //The Wire//2300Z January 8, 2026// //ROUTINE// //BLUF: PROTESTS CONTINUE IN MINNEAPOLIS AS GOV. WALZ ISSUES WARNING ORDER TO NATIONAL GUARD TO PREPARE FOR DEPLOYMENT AGAINST FEDERAL FORCES. CIVIL UNREST INTENSIFIES IN TEHRAN. SHOOTING AT LDS CHURCH IN UTAH REVEALS TRANSNATIONAL CRIME SYNDICATE.// -----BEGIN TEARLINE----- -International Events- Middle East: The situation in Iran is heating up as demonstrations have shifted to riots and a general state of uprising in many cities around the country. This morning internet access to the outside world was cut for most of the country, and flights have allegedly been halted at Tabriz International Airport. Analyst Comment: Right now it's too soon to tell if this is the real-deal, simply due to the extremely significant amount of deception surrounding events in Tehran. A lot of older or misleading footage has circulated, so it's hard to determine what's real and what isn't. The Iranian government shutting off the internet in an attempt to halt communications out of the country is a common tactic, but also strongly indicates that government forces are concerned with the growing level of uprising. How far this will go is anyone's guess, but this will be something to monitor for the next few days. -HomeFront- Minnesota: Overnight various protest events continued in Minneapolis, along with serious developments on the political front. In a press statement yesterday Gov. Tim Walz stated that he has given the WARNO (warning order) for Minnesota National Guard troops to deploy in a policing role, against federal agents. During this press conference, a reporter directly asked Walz if these troops would be used to defend the state from federal forces. In response, Walz stated that Minnesota has "never been at war with the Federal government", before directly stating that these troops will be used to "protect the people of Minnesota" from a "rogue federal agent". Utah: Yesterday evening a mass shooting was reported at an LDS church in Salt Lake City. Local authorities state that a shooting broke out in the parking lot of the LDS church on Redwood Road. At the time of the shooting, a crowd was gathered in the parking lot for a funeral/memorial service being held inside the church. The shooting reportedly took place as a result of mutual combat between two suspects, both of which are currently at large. Concerning casualties, 2x were killed and 6x others wounded during the engagement. -----END TEARLINE----- Analyst Comments: Shootings involving churches or other places of worship are worth dedicating more attention to, as these are more vulnerable sites that are easy targets for malign actors and terrorists. However, a brief investigation into this shooting indicates that this incident is not what many may think at first. The church itself is a front...this facility is really a safehouse/community center for the Tongan Crip Gang (TCG). The facility is indeed a real LDS church, however this particular ward has been taken over by the gang, which have declared this church (and the surrounding terrain) to be their turf. Photo and video evidence from inside the Church on the night of the shooting confirm a heavy TCG presence, with various Lieutenants and their footsoldiers manning security by all of the doors. Videos of the memorial service confirm nearly everyone was wearing the "colors" of the TCG (which are blue bandanas), with some people even showing up to the service wearing ski masks, drinking alcohol, and flashing gang signs to the police officers in the church after the shooting. Additional investigation indicates that this was not a one-off event. Per the website of this church, services at this facility are only held in the Tongan language. No English services are held at this location, which indicates both the demographic of the alleged congregation and also provides additional context. This was not a normal church that was simply host to a gang's event that officials did not know about; TCG has been conducting power-projection operations at this facility for some time. As if this was not enough to confirm beyond all doubt the TCG affiliation here, on December 17th, the widow of the deceased man who's funeral was being held during the shooting, confirmed that Aki Sekona (the deceased man) was an active member of the Crips while simultaneously being heavily involved in the church. The Tongan Crips have risen to be one of the biggest gangs in the state of Utah after being transplanted into the area from the Polynesian island of Tonga over the years, or from California where they also maintain a significant presence. The TCG, along with other Polynesian splinter groups, have dominated Salt Lake City for years, and have conducted extremely brutal crimes around the city, most of which surpass the level of violence seen within the most brutal Central American Cartels. These guys are no joke, and they dominate the local terrain of Salt Lake City, where they conduct operations nearly completely unchallenged. In this case, though the shooting took place at a church, it's absolutely certain that the shooting was actually gang-related, and not due to a grievance with the LDS church itself, or a terrorist attack for ideological reasons. Due to these complications, local authorities have been tight-lipped regarding the shooting, and still have not officially confirmed that this was a gang-related shooting, despite the SLCPD Gang Unit being the lead investigative unit for this case. There has never been a more clear case of a gang shooting being the cause of these casualties, however nobody wants to confirm anything due to the uncomfortable link to the LDS Church and the follow-on questions of why a transnational crime syndicate has been allowed to dominate this terrain for so long, especially in conjunction with a church. Very, very few journalists in Salt lake City (and absolutely zero national correspondents) have shown the footage from inside the funeral service, or mentioned any link to the Tongan Crip Gang. This hesitance to call it like it is, is likely to result in increased risk locally as both shooters are still on the loose. The Tongan Crips who survived the encounter will certainly be conducting an investigation of their own...and they are probably looking for blood. If the Tongans think that a rival group was involved in any way, more brutal murders are on the menu over the next few days. If the local shot-callers want to make a mess of this, they certainly can. Sekona himself had "strong ties" to the Inglewood area of southern California...where the Tongan Crips have been at war with MS-13 for many years. A new DeFi era needs a return to fundamental primitives. Announcing Soul Public Sale! DeFi is entering a new era, led by protocols that bring real innovation, but to live up to its full potential, it needs to re-embrace its founding ethos with broad distribution and fair allocation. Soul is part of this: a 0-to-1 DeFi primitive that reimagines and unites crypto lending, built to unlock a new category of opportunities for users and enabling new DeFi economies led by increased efficiency and new on-chain dynamics. The launch of our Testnet has been a significant initial milestone in our journey, and we are beyond grateful to see such a warm welcome from our early community members! With this being just the first step of a long path ahead, we are excited to announce another significant milestone we are gearing up towards. Introducing the $SO Token Fair Public Round on May 16th! As a fully decentralized protocol, our goal is not to lead a community, but to lead together with the community! We are big believers that a united goal to create a change in the world will bring the strongest foundations for long-term success. We are excited to share with you that Soul successfully raised $4M in a private round from valuable partners such as X Ventures, TPCº, and Runtime Vеrification alongside angels from Coinbase 🛡️, LayerZero, Flowdesk, and . This was an important step to support the early development of the protocol and bring the initial vision to life. However, we believe that the true value of Soul should be established transparently, through broad community participation, rather than being set by private market dynamics. To support this, we are introducing the Fair Public Round for the $SO Token. A process designed to ensure equal access, fair valuation, and eliminate preferential terms for early participants. // The problem Over the past few years, a familiar pattern has emerged across the crypto sector. Projects often raise substantial capital through private rounds, securing early valuations and preferential terms for a limited group of participants. When a public round is eventually offered, it typically comes at a significantly higher valuation, offering fewer opportunities and limited upside for retail investors. This approach creates a fundamental imbalance, restricting participation and disconnecting value creation from important groups who also contribute to a project's success: users, supporters, and builders. At Soul, we believe there is a better model, one that aligns incentives from the beginning and builds stronger foundations for long-term growth. By giving the community the opportunity to participate early and on fair terms, we enable those who contribute to Soul’s success to directly benefit from the value they help create. // A new ICO era emerges An era in which initial valuations are not decided around a table of early private participants, but by the open and public participation itself. In 2017–2018, we witnessed one of the most dynamic periods in crypto history: the ICO era. A time when anyone, anywhere in the world, could participate meaningfully in the early growth of projects they believed in. Access was open, participation was broad, and innovation was funded directly by the community. Over time, however, that spirit of openness faded. The rise of private rounds and exclusive allocations shifted the landscape toward more traditional fundraising models, limiting access and weakening the connection between projects and their communities. We believe it's time to restore that original spirit, to rebuild a model where openness, fairness, and community participation are at the core of crypto startup innovation. // Pushing for an ICO 2.0 Era At Soul, we are committed to building a foundation that prioritizes fair participation and long-term alignment. 25% of the total token supply will be allocated to the community through this Public Round, establishing the basis for strong, decentralized governance as the protocol launches. Soul’s valuation will be determined upon the conclusion of the Public Sale, based solely on the capital raised during the round. We are equally committed to avoiding the common pitfalls of low circulating supply and artificially high FDV. All tokens offered in the public round will be fully unlocked at TGE, allowing for a transparent, market-driven valuation from the outset. // $SO Utility The $SO token is an essential component of the Soul Protocol, designed to drive governance, gauge voting, yield boosting, and value sharing. Rather than existing as a speculative asset, $SO is structured to reward participation, align incentives across stakeholders, and strengthen long-term protocol sustainability. Its utility is directly tied to protocol adoption and engagement, ensuring that value creation flows to those who contribute meaningfully to the protocol. Soul rejects short-term incentive models such as liquidity mining, which often generate unsustainable growth. Instead, prioritizes product-driven revenue and long-term value accrual, distributing rewards to $SO stakers and active participants in proportion to their contributions. Governance & Emissions Control $SO is the governance token of the Soul Protocol, enabling holders to participate in critical decision-making processes. Through governance proposals and emission gauge voting, $SO holders directly influence the allocation of incentives across Soul’s integrated Money Markets, ensuring that ecosystem growth is aligned with stakeholder interests. Boosted Yields Through Staking Staking $SO enhances users' lending positions by granting access to additional yield opportunities on top of base APYs. This mechanism directly links token utility to core protocol activity, ensuring that demand for $SO is driven by real usage rather than speculative behavior. Revenue Sharing & Buyback Mechanism The protocol’s fee switch will direct a portion of collected revenue to purchase $SO tokens from the open market, which will then be redistributed to stakers through emissions and reward mechanisms. This model will directly link protocol revenue to tokenholder rewards, ensuring that $SO ownership is economically tied to the protocol’s activity and long-term growth. The Rode Mic Theory: A Timeline Let me lay the incidents out in order, and I'll let you draw your own conclusions. Late March 2025. Charlie Kirk started to go hard against a war with Iran, breaking with the neocon/zionist establishment in Washington. Charlie is thought to have had a significant influence on Trump's restrained posture during Midnight Hammer. Charlie was exerting real influence, and making real enemies. Early April 2025. And the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane, places an order with explosives manufacturer Accurate Energetic Systems (AES) for an EXEPTIONALLY SMALL ANTI-PERSONNEL EXPLOSIVE DEVICE. The order - later confirmed by a FOIA response obtained by Baron Coleman detailed the order date, the description, that there was a construction/specification drawing, and a deadline. The order specifies that the device must fit inside another object so precisely that the host can be resealed to look as though it was never touched. ONLY TWO STIPULATIONS ARE FIRM; it must fit inside that second device, and it must be delivered on schedule. The deadline was August 25th, 2025 - just over two weeks before Charlie Kirk is killed. September 10th, 2025. Charlie Kirk is assassinated. Within minutes, the crime scene is contaminated. The missing camera. Terrel Farnsworth is filmed removing the camera and SD card positioned directly behind Charlie - the angle that would have captured everything that happened behind the table where he was sitting and fell to the floor. When asked why, Farnsworth said he took the SD card so Erika Kirk wouldn't see footage of her husband's death despite that footage already circulating worldwide online. The footage he did show to Candace Owens, revealed no visible exit wound in Charlie's back. None of this is disputed. The scene. He's carried to the SUV with his T-shirt bunched and held in place - negligent by any account, with a strange focus on the shirt. Here is where the supposition begins: if the kill device had been built into the Rode mic Charlie was wearing - a mic whose screen and casing use glass and components that shatter into fragments - then bunching the shirt would keep debris from falling at the scene. Photographs of his torso appear to show injuries below the right nipple, and a patch of skin where an adhesive had recently been removed - consistent with something attached and then taken off, perhaps behind the table, in view of the very camera that Farnsworth removed. The journey. The SUV is later found to contain a large quantity of shattered fragments - not broken sunglasses or a shattered phone screen, but unexplained fragments of shattered glass. Multiple people present have since recounted the drive in detail. Not one has ever mentioned these fragments or debris. Everyone who travelled with Charlie removed their clothing at the hospital and went home in scrubs, saying their clothes were bloodied. None of that clothing was taken into evidence - though if the supposition holds, it would have carried explosive residue. The hospital footage. CCTV of Charlie arriving at the hospital was removed by the FBI and has not been produced or entered into evidence. It has no obvious bearing on the case against the accused - except that if Charlie arrived without his shirt. The shirt itself would have carried traces of explosives. None of the clothing removed from Charlie or any of the team was ever recovered by investigators. The vehicle. Within days of the murder, the SUV was cleaned and handed to an auctioneer. Vehicles tied to a murder case are normally impounded until the case has been to court - often for several years. This one was cleaned, stripped, and sold anonymously at auction on 22 November 2025. When it sold, the seats Charlie had been carried on - the ones seen bloodied in other images - had been removed. Removed before sale, and possibly before the auctioneer ever took possession. Four days after the killing - a Sunday. The paver who resurfaced the murder scene later described, on the Shawn Ryan show, being called that Sunday morning with a "paving emergency" - the first such call in twenty years on the job. With his own team off for the weekend, he pulled in family members. He says he was told he'd be helping out Charlie and the authorities, and that when he arrived, ten inches of soil had already been excavated from the area. The scene was then surfaced over. His account has not been challenged by anyone in authority. October 10th, 2025. One month to the day after Charlie Kirk's death, AES - the manufacturer named in that FOIA-confirmed order - is destroyed in a massive explosion, killing 16 people. The official cause is given as an industrial accident, but this timeline notes only the date and lets the reader weigh it. To conclude: A man who tried to stop a war is dead. The evidence was cleaned, paved over, and sold. And only questions remain. Questions that, as of now, no one in authority is willing ask, let alone answer. Coincidence can explain any one of these. But it does cannot explain all of them.

Resurrecting this dead issue to activate women against the right at this existential moment in the immigration fight needs to be shut down. Recent polling has One Nation around 31% of the primary vote with immigration being the single biggest reason voters are backing them. That’s where the public’s attention is and that’s where the momentum is coming from. Immigration restriction exists under a social license, allowing unpopular or poorly thought-through policies has previously destroyed the right in Australia. Hanson’s EasyTax proposal in the 1998 federal election ruined One Nation electorally at a time when immigration was equally as salient a concern as today. It is entirely plausible we see a repeat of this with abortion. Abortion is a low-salience issue. Australians don’t rank it among their top political concerns, and it is nowhere near the vote mover that immigration has become. A February 2026 Redbridge poll for The Australia Institute (N=2,010) found 62% support access to abortion services, with another 25% supporting it in limited circumstances. Only 8% oppose it outright. Even among One Nation voters themselves, a substantial majority support access in at least some circumstances. Even if your concern is solely with sex-selective abortion, it has been empirically demonstrated that certain migrant communities (particularly from India and China) exhibit notably higher rates of early induced abortion, including patterns consistent with sex-selective practices that produce skewed sex ratios at birth far above the natural level. Australian-born women show lower rates. But regardless of the nuance of your preferred ban, attempts to legislate in this area walks a tightrope. The distinction between opposing sex-selective abortion and restricting abortion rights more broadly is unlikely to survive media coverage or partisan campaigning. Opponents will almost certainly present it as an attack on women’s bodily autonomy, regardless of the narrower intent and the electoral apocalypse will ensue. The left can no longer rely on accusations of racism to halt growing opposition to mass immigration. Instead, it is attempting to recast the right as anti-women, sexist and anti-abortion. That is particularly risky when women have been moving towards One Nation in significant numbers, and in some polls more than men. Australia has largely avoided the political gender divide seen elsewhere. Why hand opponents a wedge issue when the public is already delivering a mandate on immigration? The opportunity to secure meaningful change on immigration, demographics and our existential problem is rare and may not come again. Turning a low-priority social issue into a central political battle risks everything by energising opponents and distracting from the issue that created the momentum in the first place. Keep the focus on immigration. Don’t squander momentum when it is finally translating into political leverage. Have your vote of conscience as Labor and Liberals have done but don’t risk it as National platform or an artificial right wing position.

//The Wire//2300Z March 30, 2026// //ROUTINE// //BLUF: STRATEGIC CONCERNS REMAIN AS WAR IN MIDDLE EAST HIGHLIGHTS AMERICAN VULNERABILITIES. HOUTHIS JOIN THE WAR WITH MISSILE ATTACKS ON ISRAEL.// -----BEGIN TEARLINE----- -International Events- Middle East: The situation continues to deteriorate as Iranian attacks throughout the region have become vastly more effective over the past few days. Iranian targeting of locations in Israel has continued to increase, with multiple targets being struck over the weekend. The refinery in Haifa was struck yesterday afternoon, which resulted in a fire at the facility. Separately, a factory was hit in the industrial zone in Neot Havov, which also resulted in a fire. American bases in Kuwait were also hit overnight, with Iranian missiles targeting barracks facilities. Red Sea: Over the weekend, the Houthis entered the war, firing one cruise missile toward Israel. Analyst Comment: The Houthi's have chosen a soft-start to the war, and the missile that was fired was reportedly intercepted. Nevertheless, this is an indication that another front has been opened up, and since the FORD CSG is no longer in the Red Sea (due to moving off-station for repairs), missile defense in the region is less effective at the precise moment that the Houthis are entering the war. Saudi Arabia: Following a series of Iranian airstrikes, several strategic American aircraft were destroyed at Prince Sultan Air Base. Several KC-135 refueling tankers were destroyed, along with at least one E-3 Sentry AWACS early warning aircraft. Concerning casualties, official casualty figures were classified at the beginning of the war, however the Pentagon reports approximately 10x US service members were wounded during this attack. Jerusalem: Controversy has continued throughout the Old City as Israeli forces continue to inflame tensions with Christians throughout the region. Yesterday, Israeli police disrupted Palm Sunday proceedings as Cardinal Pizzaballa of the Latin Patriarchate of Jerusalem was prevented from attending the procession at the Church of the Holy Sepulcher. Analyst Comment: This incident was so deliberate that even Mike Huckabee spoke out against it, calling the incident "unfortunate overreach". Considering Huckabee's infamy on this issue at this point, combined with the historical record (and the biblical context), it's a helpful barometer to gauge how serious of an incident this was, which increases tensions at a time when the stakes are already quite high around the region. -----END TEARLINE----- Analyst Comments: The successful Iranian strike at Prince Sultan Air Base was very significant for many reasons. For one, taking out major American assets is a big deal, and the loss of EW aircraft will degrade American capabilities. The most obvious question is why these aircraft were being staged within Iranian missile range in the first place. The answer to this will be debatable: maybe military leadership knew the danger and decided that the risk was worth it, or maybe they got cocky and ignored the risk. There's no way to know right now, but it is not a great look for the US Air Force to put these airframes well within striking range of the Iranians. For context, the B-52's which are conducting bombing raids in Iran are mostly being launched all the way from England, simply due to the risk of housing them closer to the fight. However, when it comes to some aircraft, we gave the Iranians clean access to "Tanker Row", which allowed them to destroy several strategic aircraft on the ground. This small detail, while not particularly groundbreaking, also serves as a reminder for how complicated wars can be. Nothing is as simple as the textbook says it will be, and in wartime everything gets vastly more difficult. Vulnerabilities also increase because when things get complicated, the stakes are higher, and the room for error is substantially reduced. One early warning aircraft getting struck on the ground is one radar dish out of the fight...an airspace sector that will need to be filled by another asset. This idea also applies to life on the American homefront as well. One ship failing to make it's run through the Strait of Hormuz can swing world markets wildly, because there's a lot riding on that one ship. On any given day, there is some elasticity with world markets, and the petroleum sector is a good example of that due to the ramp-up/ramp-down of petroleum production which takes some time. But at some point, with a major global choke point out of the picture, there's no telling how things will work out as the effects of two major wars on two continents (Europe and the Middle East) come to bear. $ASTS: World Space Business Week President and Chief Strategy Officer Scott Wisniewski Video edited for Scott's interactions only. I also summarize in my own words below. BTW, you're going to love the guy asking the last question... he pretty much sums up the attitude and vibe of legacy players perfectly - Anpanman + AST has had a "cellular first" broadband direct-to-device strategy with focus on MNO operator in mind + We have strategic investors AT&T & Verizon in the US, Vodafone in Europe, Bell Canada in Canada, Rakuten in Japan as well as American Tower and Google + Approach has always been ecosystem-centric, how do we make the service work well for MNOs for their customers + We are a source of revenue, not a cost center for MNOs + Signed definitive commercial agreements with AT&T and Vodafone, other major partners are not far behind + We have over 50 MNOs signed up globally + Building and deploying a constellation is very hard - often tried but rarely successful + Deployed 5x of the largest satellites in LEO + Next generation satellite which is 3x bigger is ready to roll off the factory floor soon + We are working with 3x different launch partners + Plan 13x launches over the next 1.5 years + Expect 5x launches through Q1 2026 + Made Ligado spectrum investment earlier this year + Believe MSS together w/ cellular spectrum is the right strategy + SpaceX's recent spectrum acquisition highlights 2x things, 1) the value of our Ligado spectrum and 2) the size and potential of the direct-to-device market + There will be a tremendous role for satellites in improving and enhancing cellular networks + We believe having large aperture is the right approach for this market + Large aperture = better propagation to the phone, the ability to handle multiple frequencies within the same beam, allows you to serve multiple MNOs and finally gives you a very large pipe to deliver as much service as possible + We leverage existing handsets to sell broadband data based on whatever consumption model the MNO decides to sell to its consumers + We believe in supporting an ecosystem that is very supportive and friendly to our MNO partners + Vodafone invested in AST in 2019 (series B), 2021 (IPO), 2024 (Convert + Commercial Prepayments) - so 3x times and they recently formed a go-to-market joint venture in Europe where we have signed 21 of the 27 member states already + For AST, it's about the technology, layering in the spectrum and making it all work seamlessly for the MNOs + Satellites and space has not been relevant to MNOs in the past, however we believe our technology can provide connectivity to 6 billion existing devices in a unique and compelling way + We're deploying satellites in a handful of launches later in 2025 and many more in 2026 + We're very excited about the risk profile of what we're doing + Big satellite strategy is right + MNO partner strategy is right + Cellular + MSS spectrum strategy is right + Vertically integrated production strategy is right + You can't build a constellation by purchase order (outsourcing) + We think this is going to be a big market + We think that having access to one of the major MSS spectrum bands (Ligado) covering the most valuable wireless market in the world (USA) is an incredible strategic position + Having ecosystem of +50 MNOs globally is a strong strategic position to tap up to 6 billion mobile phones in the market + We think cellular broadband is the right approach and have executed well with the support of our MNO partners
