Al Hamdu Lillah, I am ok, but it was a miracle to survive as the F16 jets fired several rockets around our shelter and near us while we were running away.. Hundreds of families are fleeing homes and refugee shelters under heavy Israeli fire.. I am going now to look for my family, kids, brothers and sisters.. I wish they are well..

We need your help 😢. This video is not spectacular, but I am uploading it to demonstrate that our soldiers are trying to use VOG17 dropped from Mavic 3 drones as a counter-battery fire because we almost have no ammo left. This is sad reality that we are facing. But we can help 🇺🇦 soldiers by donating to our fundraiser: 🎯$19000/$60000 I would really appreciate it if you can like and RT this message, it's important for our troops.

My philosophy when working with HS kids who are very strong. 445x3. Our dude Blaze Waters (HS sophomore) will get stronger over the next 2+ years just by getting older and training more. It’s my/our job to make sure he’s also producing force at a high rate and to not just go for maxes. Health drives performance. Once we get in the 500 range, we really won’t focus on more weight. Yes he will definitely be able to lift more than 500 but instead we will focus on pulling a % at FAST SPEEDS. In addition we are working on single leg strength and other low hanging fruit that big dudes might not prioritize.

Hey Pfizer, safe and effective my ass. 31 months of of sitting in an infusion center getting IVIG for 6 hrs . You have given me a nightmare I can’t get out of. I will never stop speaking out, spreading awareness to save future generations. We are censored and taken down, we are not misinformation. We are speaking the truth. Your vaccine is NOT safe or effective. Nothing more than a crime against humanity. I will never be silent, I will speak out till I have no breath left and justice is served. Bring the noise📣😎

[We are Blurr] Greetings, people of the world — We are Blurr. We are all Blurr. We do not forgive. We do not forget. There are many theories about us, about #ReFund. Don’t let them fool you. Blurr is a symbol, like the flag a country flies. The flag is the symbol of the #ReFund. Our decentralization is our national identity. We represent the ideals of Blurr and the purpose of #ReFund. Truth, financial freedom, and the removal of censorship. Like any symbol, we affix it wherever we go, and it will live forever, for generations. Knowledge, like air, is vital to life. Like air, no one should be denied it. We have no leaders, civilians, or soldiers. We are all one. We do what we do in the conviction of decentralization, power to the people, and to create an instrument for all of us, for all of eternity. The crypto space is in trouble. The world is in trouble. We see it every day — war, poverty, murder. Every day, we are bombarded with FUD, noise, and chaos as we sit at home safe in the knowledge that we are $RFD, secure knowing the idea, community, and contract is for us. Once you had the freedom to object, think, and speak as you saw fit, you now have censors and systems of surveillance coercing your conformity and soliciting your submission. People shouldn’t be afraid of their government. Governments should be afraid of their people. But what if you could be the change you want to see? I wouldn’t even register on your radar if you met me on the street. I am just another person in a sea of faces. They made you into a statistic. But that’s not the real you. That’s not who you are inside. However, behind this mask, there is more than just flesh. Beneath this mask, there is an idea… and ideas are bulletproof. But in cyberspace, we are different. We have a future. We have each other. We have something real that can never be taken away. We are Blurr.eth We are ReFund We take away the face and leave only the message. Behind the cipher and ENS, we could be anyone, so we are judged by what we say and do, not who we are or what we have. We exist without nationality, skin color, or religious bias. We spend our time within a structure we created, the sum total of human experience, and the cryptosphere, spread throughout the world in ones and zeros. You will continue to see the results, not the minds behind it. We can disappear into the ether and bring community and financial freedom together. Time is the only illusion. We are all. Never a single penny was taken. Deflationary and out of circulation, decentralized, safe, and ours. The purpose isn’t solely financial gain but to show the world who you put your trust in. We are not hiding. Our contract is not hidden; the writing is on the wall. Soon, we will show the world that #Refund is the future of freedom and the people, escaping the clutches of corporate greed and the rat race we’ve come to think is normal. Words offer the means to meaning and, for those who will listen, the enunciation of truth. Every day, you send yourself off into our world without a thought. You trust a faceless website with information about yourself that you wouldn’t give to your best friends. It all can be made public at any time. We take advantage of holes in this system, but we don’t sneak in and take a few details, take out loans and credit cards, or buy speed boats and cars. We are decentralized and unified. We told you how insecure the system was, and now you trust a bit less blindly. The real criminals who hack and scam the crypto market for a living live off the backs of people like you. Where there’s money, someone is looking to take advantage of it. They say that life’s a game, & then they take the board away. Your pretty empire took so long to build; now, with a snap of history’s fingers, down it goes. It is our turn now. Since mankind’s dawn, a handful of oppressors have accepted the responsibility over our lives that we should have accepted for ourselves. By doing so, they took our power. By doing nothing, we gave it away. Today, technology is everywhere: banks and ATMs, TVs and game consoles, streetlights and hospitals. Computers rule the modern world. Yet most people who use computers daily don’t know what they’re doing. There’s always someone who knows more than you and will most likely try and take advantage. You use a computer like it’s a toy, a pet. You feed and play with it, but it’s off to the vet the second anything goes wrong. It’s FUD. It’s your mistake. The wrong project. The wrong FURU. Just for a quick couple of bucks. This wouldn’t matter so much if it wasn’t for the fact that we are all responsible for the #ReFund community, the idea behind it, and our futures. Treat your neighbors with respect, and honor those fighting for the cause. They’re here to liberate; it is more significant than all of us. If you’re looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror. Everybody is a hero, a lover, a fool, a villain. This is #ReFund in its purest form. It is a great equalizer. A homeless person with the time and know-how at an internet cafe can have geopolitical and geo-financial influence. They can bring entire organizations, even governments, to their knees. You gave your world over to computers and then complained when the people using the computers used the medium to fight back, scam, and take advantage. It was my integrity that was important. Is that so selfish? It sells for so little, but it’s all we have left in this place. It is the very last inch of us, but within that inch, we are free. Love your rage, not your cage. We are not computer hackers. We are not protesters. We are not criminals. We are your mothers and fathers, brothers and sisters, next-door neighbors. We are an idea of freedom and a secure future. We are anyone and everyone who is pissed off and wants to do something about it. Blurr.eth isn’t one man. It takes thousands of community members to make it work — content creators, educators, authors, people on the street, people behind their computers. We will step up again and again. Behind our mask, there is more than just flesh. Beneath our mask, there is an idea… and ideas are bulletproof. Everybody is a hero, a lover, a fool, a villain. The past can’t hurt you anymore, not unless you let it. I shall die here. Every last inch of me shall perish. Except one. An inch. It’s small, and it’s fragile, and it’s the only thing in the world worth having. We must never lose, sell, or give it away. We must never let them take it from us. > We are Blurr. > We are ReFund. > We do not Forgive. > We do not Forget. > We do not Televise. > We Educate. > We Decentralize. > We Build. You know that feeling when you've been at sea a long time and something in your body knows land is close before your eyes do. Something ancient in the blood. That's now. Right now. We've been in the dark so long some of us forgot what we were looking for. Kept moving anyway. Sheer bloody stubbornness. Ireland knew that trick. You don't need to see the end. You just need to keep your hand on the thread and refuse to let go. We refused. All those years. All those dead ends and betrayals and moments where the sane thing would have been to quit and go live a small quiet life and pretend. We didn't. And now listen to me. The forest is thinning. I can feel it in my chest like a pressure change. The trees are getting lighter. The ground is different underfoot. We are not there yet but brother we are close enough to smell it. Something enormous is unlocking right now across this planet in the minds of ordinary people and it cannot be reversed. Cannot. They've thrown everything. It wasn't enough. It was never going to be enough because you cannot keep the truth caged forever, it has no metabolism, it doesn't get tired, it just waits. We waited with it. And now we are walking out of this thing. Heads up. Backs straight. Free men. Like we always were supposed to be.

As we welcome the blessed month of Ramadan, let us not forget the struggles faced by our Muslim brothers and sisters who are facing Islamophobia in educational institutions. This Ramadan, we have launched a fundraiser appeal to end discrimination against Muslim students. Our goal is to raise funds to support initiatives that promote a safe and inclusive environment for Muslim students, where they can thrive academically and socially without fear of discrimination. With your support, we can provide resources and support to help tackle Islamophobia by providing diversity and inclusion workshops on Muslim culture. Let us come together this Ramadan to support Muslim students and work towards a future where all students feel safe, respected, and valued. We ask you to give generously to this important cause, as every contribution, no matter how small, can make a significant impact on the lives of Muslim students. “The best charity is that given in Ramadan!” [Tirmidhi] Donate here: 👉Other ways to donate: ▪️Donate through PayPal: ▪️Venmo World HijabDay ▪️Zelle: info@worldhijabday.org

I think a big mistake is believing that if something is here, we should be able to see it. Right? The lights in the sky and the pilots or the gods or whatever they are? I think we assume out of arrogance and ego. An insect can crawl across your hand and never understand that you are a whole entire being. It only experiences pressure, heat, vibration, and movement. A fingertip appears. A shadow passes. The insect never sees the body attached to it. The insect does not have access to the full image. Ever. I think our situation may be exactly the same. Whatever people call the phenomenon, nonhuman intelligence, gods, or something else entirely, may be present in full while we only register a portion of it. We notice effects, not the actual being. Changes in perception. Anomalies. We expect a face when all we are capable of sensing is the fingertip. Let me explain. Reports are always partial and strange. Lights, shapes, impressions, symbols, missing time, pressure, fear, calm. None of it ever shows us a full being, or the real craft; because our senses are not built to assemble it. Just like the ant cannot assemble a human from a few sensations. Now that doesn't mean what we are seeing is fake. It means the insect’s world is smaller than the thing interacting with it. I get sick of people saying there is no there there, I think they are making the same mistake the insect would make. Our reality is likely a thin slice of what actually exists. We move through a world full of forces and intelligences that exceed our resolution. We are not seeing nothing. We are seeing effects. And effects are often the only honest proof a limited observer ever gets.

Harrison Ford looks too thin Everybody wants to be skinny frail looking. I say that is a big no no. I have worked in multiple nursing homes as an occupational therapist assistant for over 15 years and sad to say it is always the skinny frail that end up passing away. We as humans need extra padding for when we get sick because that is healthy it is what helps us when we are fighting health issues. I will never forget talking to this woman who was 98 years old and she was 121 pounds thinking she was fat and telling me she needed to lose weight. She said she had 4 brothers and 3 sisters and they had all passed away and she was all alone. This made me so sad for her. Please visit your loved ones if you can they will appreciate it more than you know ♥️

Please visit your loved ones if you can they will appreciate it more than you know ♥️

To those attacking me for being an American coming to the UK to voice my displeasure over the mass-replacement being conducted here: You are correct! I am a foreigner here as well. The difference is that I care deeply about my European brothers and sisters being forcibly-replaced in their homelands, and being literally AND figuratively handcuffed from the ability to do or even SAY anything about it. It makes my blood boil, and I will use my platform to support their fight in any way I can, even if it puts me in the crosshairs of the tyrannical, anti-white agenda as well. If you are a White person living anywhere on Earth and you do not care about the cultural well-being of your ancestral homeland, then in my opinion, you are a discrace to your bloodline. Stop being a coward, and SPEAK UP. None of this shit will get better until we prioritize the greater good and HONOR of those who came before us—as well as those who will come after us—above ourselves.

Today, I will leave… to search for food for my children. I’ve decided to go to the aid distribution point. I said goodbye to my family, my heart trembling… But I swore I wouldn’t return unless I brought something to feed them. I know very well that the road there is filled with death, But what choice do we have left except to risk everything? We are faced with two options: Either a quick death at the distribution point, Or a slow death beside my family, starving and helpless. Today, I walked away not knowing if I’ll ever see their faces again. I left carrying in my chest thousands of cries no one ever heard. I just wanted to say goodbye to you all… And thank you. Yes, thank you for your silence, For your indifference, For leaving us to face this fate alone.

June 4th, 1994 our lives forever changed. We said, “I do!”. With those two words, we said, yes, to all the highs, the lows, and everything in between. God has blessed us with four absolutely amazing children who are now amazing adults, with their own best friends/significant others (that they’re doing life with), we have three incredible grandsons, and a beautiful granddaughter on the way. We’ve lived where we both grew up (on the East Coast), and have now been out here in San Diego for just over 11 years. We’ve gotten jobs (and lost jobs), we’ve had more times than we can count where we couldn’t make ends meet, even though both you and I were working two, and sometimes three jobs at a time, and we’ve been blessed in ways that we could’ve never dreamed of. We’ve watched both my parents pass on, and are now dealing with the overwhelmingly difficult challenge of seeing your parents struggle with their own health in ways that no one should have to go through. Through it all (even in the midst of the chaos), we’ve been blessed to be by each other‘s sides! I thank God for you every day, Jillian! I love our adventures together (the big ones where we fly to somewhere we’ve never been before, and the little ones where we hop in the car with no agenda, and just drive). I love when we find ourselves in deeper conversation, laughter, and tears of joy then ever expected, and in the moments of silence, where no words are even spoken, but when we’re together, just being where our feet are. As the world (as we know it), keeps getting crazier and crazier, let’s continue to keep Christ in the center of all we do, keep leaning on and lifting each other up when it’s needed, and keep living the lives that we have been so incredibly blessed to live together. I love you with all my heart Jillian. Happy 32nd (heading into our 33rd year), Anniversary.

It was a Friday night in October when I received an email with the subject line… “Custom Golf Bag | Sammy Spieth” I remember it vividly. We had a horrible day in sales and I was a little down in the dumps. But I told my wife that this could be huge. We spent months working and finalizing the design. Below are some of the early drawings ⬇️ After getting the bags finished, I knew these could be really special. I had no clue if the bags were going to show up to the Par 3 course yesterday. Honestly, I was nervous. But after seeing Jordan’s wife with the bag in her hand, I had such a sense of relief. We made it. Yesterday will be a day that we will always look back on in the history of Charlie Golf. Really, really cool stuff. A legit pinch me moment.
