The January 6th Inspector Generals Report, Gen. Keith Kellogg and Kash Patel (former Chief of Staff to the DOD), confirm president Trump on January 3, 2020 requested National Guard troops for added security to January 6 events and was advised there was a plan in place, it was covered, i.e. not to worry.
