“I repeat, Kill the Boer, the Farmer”, how can anyone in their right mind say this is not incitement of violence, not even mentioning hate speech? These guys feel nothing for South Africa! After this week and everything that happened with the presidents US visit, these breakers continued with their hate in Koppies in the Free State province this weekend. This is again another element that makes a farm attack a unique crime. It is the only violent crime in South Africa that is celebrated by song, hateful political rhetoric and welcomed on social media. The singing of this hateful song has never been publicly condemned by the South African government. (To a certain extent in Washington this week, only after being cornered?)

Colorado deserves leaders who understand the difference between criminals and law-abiding citizens. While a brave hero in Idaho stepped forward and confronted a dangerous gunman to protect innocent people, here in Colorado we are seeing efforts that continue to restrict the rights of responsible citizens—the very people who may one day be called upon to protect their families, their neighbors, and their communities. The problem is not the law-abiding citizen exercising a constitutional right. The problem is the violent criminal who chooses evil. That hero in Idaho reminds us of a timeless truth: when seconds matter, courage matters. When danger arrives, good people must have the ability to stand between evil and the innocent. As Governor, I will fight to protect Colorado families, support law enforcement, hold violent criminals accountable, and defend the constitutional freedoms that belong to every Coloradan. Freedom requires responsibility. Safety requires courage. Colorado deserves both. Let’s take our state and freedoms back!

Imagine this: An Iranian convoy rolls out of the palace gates in Muscat, Oman. Only then does an SUV flying an American flag roll in. Same palace. Ninety minutes apart. Let me paint the picture for you. Iran keeps insisting it isn't negotiating with us, and their spokesman said it again Monday. The talks are with Oman, and "unrelated" to the United States. All Kabuki theatre. Khamenei "banned direct talks" years ago. Forbidden, he said. Because of the "countless harm." So Iran talks to Oman. Oman talks to us. We answer back through Oman. Nobody blinked. Everybody goes home a hero. So yeah Iran is talking to the United States but because of these stupid games they deny it publicly. ⬇️

Plenty of people were filming this, but funny how this part never made the rounds. The only footage anyone pushed was the moment he got shot. He had a gun here too. He fought the arrest. That’s not a detail you just skip. So what was the plan? Die and turn himself into a martyr? And how in the hell was someone with this level of instability allowed to work as an ICU nurse while going out and committing violent felonies?

Beginning with President George Washington, who directed prosecutions regarding the Whiskey Rebellion, Presidents have this authority and have exercised it. My op-ed below has several examples on Presidents (Jefferson, Teddy Roosevelt, Reagan) doing just that. The critics are gaslighting when they claim this is political retribution. It is not - It's holding people accountable who have weaponized the law, abused their office, or broken the law. No one is above the law. So let me get this straight... Trump has named Dan Bongino as his Deputy FBI Director. For years, Trump and MAGA have ranted nonstop about how the FBI is totally corrupt and politically biased. They have called the FBI the weapon of the left. And now? Trump just appointed Bongino—who literally said, "My entire life right now is about owning the libs. That's it."—as Deputy Director of the FBI. This is the same guy who: ✔ Pushed election fraud lies and built his entire brand on partisan rage, not law enforcement integrity. So MAGA, tell me: Is the FBI only "biased" when it investigates Trump? Is political motivation suddenly okay when it’s working in your favor? The hypocrisy here is off the charts. This isn’t about draining the swamp. It’s about filling it with loyalists willing to put Trump above the law.

They are a promise, a reminder of what this country stands for and what we, as Americans, must protect. It took me 10 years of hard work, sacrifice, and perseverance to earn the right to call this country my home. That moment was sacred. So when I see people entering illegally, bypassing the very system I respected and worked through, while the rest of us carry the burden… it stirs something deep inside me. The Awami League government never obstructed BNP activists going to pay tribute to General Zia’s grave. Never obstructed any peaceful gathering or peaceful protest. Only when a protest starts getting violent, roads are blocked, and attacks are coming from the protesters do the law enforcement agencies act in self-defense and to defuse tension to protect peace. Having said that, I don’t want to claim that the law enforcement members never behaved unlawfully on the ground, etc., but they were never instructed to do so. But we were always blamed for not honoring the right to assembly, protest, etc. Even if I accept all the blames to be true for the arguments sake, what had happened today was unprecedented; something like this never happened during AL’s last 15 and a half years. The goons intimidated, suppressed, and assaulted the people who were going to Dhanmomdi 32 for doing no protest, for making no demand to the government, and for no violence from their side. They were going just to mourn and show tribute to Bangabandhu. The goons under the cover of ‘students & people’ were unleashed to attack and harass Awami League activists and many general people around the area of Dhanmomdi 32. #Attack on #Freedom

People see my injuries and assume training isn’t possible for me. Burn survivor. Amputee. Scarred. Disabled. I hear those words all the time. But here’s the truth: none of that stops me from showing up. Training with disabilities isn’t easy. It hurts. It’s frustrating. It’s slower. But it’s possible. Israeli extremists have attacked the West Bank village of Ma'aleh. They burned cars, homes, and physically attacked residents by throwing stones. 3 Palestinians were reportedly killed. Listen, I get that it's hard. I'm posting this with the full knowledge that the people who hate me will read it with glee. But we can't stop calling out the violent sect of our people, even if the world will use it as ammo against all Israelis. We must show our moral clarity. These actions are, by definition, terrorism; they are meant to terrorize a population. I want Israel to survive, but I also want it to be a country I can be proud of. Letting these hateful radicals get away with violence is unacceptable. And I know there are many others like me, horrified by this news, but scared that calling it out will just make the abuse we face all the worse. We can’t let fear make us ignore our morals.

The way people treat us does impact how we see ourselves. Past partners made me feel like I was easy to forget and even easier to let go of. Most of them made me feel so unimportant after pursuing me when I initially wasn’t interested. I’m learning the way people treat me reflects how I feel about myself because if I believe that a man that can move on from me easily was ever meant to be with me- then I’m not respecting what a treasure it is to be let into my heart. When a partner leaves they only leave you better off. In loving myself, my work is forgiving myself for not trusting my gut. My heart knows what’s meant for me and that’s holding myself, my body, and my love in the highest regard. Don’t tolerate less than what you deserve. Don’t settle. We’re so much better than that. Leaving you with this reminder: no matter what anyone says about your body it is a sacred vessel that lets you impact people and have your life be your message 🖤
