Love this! Thank you. For the beginner workouts, should I workout, day off, workout day off until I finish the 3 separate workout plans?

It's structured in a way that introduces exercise very slowly. Ideally you'd follow one plan, so in week one there is only 2 workouts of which you can do at your own pace. As the weeks progress more workouts are implemented. You can do more but take rest when needed :)

Love this Ryan, October last year I changed my diet to focus around 1500-2000calories and 150g of protein, I’ve stuck with it for nearly 3-4 months now, recently bought a water rower machine and have been smashing 10km a day.Should I implement your workout plan with my rowing?TY

Wow you're on the right path with that routine 👀 I would try to implement some of the workouts yeah, mix it up a bit and see how you get on!
