The timeframe between "kindness" and takeover is much shorter in Japan. Come to my station between 10am-1pm and it looks a lot like that Bangladesh street. Apparently they are going to a "Japanese language school" but the men are incredibly rude, disrespectful, loud, and smell horrible.
