Funny to see some people actually thinking the flowing noodles is like sewer or something. Its just a machine made for the flowing noodle thing. Its 100% clean. Also the water is 100% clean drinking water. Japan has really strict regulations with serving food so don't worry that much. Its fine compare to MOST countries.
