People misunderstand Bitcoin. At the right power cost, electricity is more valuable than the coin itself. When you control infrastructure and energy, you can choose: lease the power or mine Bitcoin. There are very few people who want a power plant in their backyard, so if we wanted to say double the electricity usage of the United States, which is on average about 500 gigawatts, we would have to build, about twice as many power plants, which I don't think people are, well, most communities are not super excited about that, but actually, if we go to space, we can go far beyond the electricity generation of Earth. In fact, this is going to sound kind of crazy, but you could actually increase harnessed energy by a factor of a million and still be using much less than a millionth of the sun's energy, so current human civilization uses much less than a trillionth of the sun's energy output, which is kind of humbling to think about."

We are going to meter headcount increases because to the extent that my engineers are getting much more efficient, their throughput is increasing. There's a cost to that, and it's a significant cost. AI adoption has been occurring in all parts of the business –– whether it's engineers and how they scope projects, how they build, debugging, platform migrations. I'm pushing the teams to fundamentally use the power of AI to rebuild systems and processes from the bottoms up. I do think it's a combination for us right now of encouraging adoption, but then driving efficiency. We're using the more expensive models to explore. Once we scale some of these experiences, we'll look to bring in more efficient models that are more efficient on a token basis or are open source."

Free Energy Announcement Free Energy, otherwise known as Overunity is 100% real. The devices exist already. I have been told exactly how an operational device works. I signed an NDA so I won't be able to disclose specifics. Instead, I want to explain the concepts so everyone understands how it is possible. Overunity means Coefficient of Performance (CoP) greater than 1. More energy coming out of the device than is being locally put into it. This allows for a system that can perpetually produce energy without being plugged in. Many will claim this breaks the first and second laws of thermodynamics. The reason it doesn't break the second law is similar to a windmill or solar panel. The system is open to the Aether (quantum fluctuations) in the same way those systems are open to nature. The first law of thermodynamics says energy cannot be created or destroyed. Solar and wind cannot output more energy than they take because the inputs are limited, but the Aether represents potentially unlimited additional energy input. This is how an Overunity system produces CoP greater 1. 'Free Energy' is a misnomer. It means that the potential energy accessed is unlimited, but it does not mean that the cost of extracting it is zero. The materials to produce an Overunity device are currently expensive, as is the labor to build it. When these devices become more efficient to produce, the cost will drop. The benefits of Overunity include; 1. Energy independence from energy companies 2. The ability to live off the grid 3. No loss of power when the grid fails 4. Green energy with no pollution 5. Cost savings over time from high energy bills The downsides of Overunity include; 1. Large initial device cost 2. Disbelief I hope this information is as exciting to you as it is to me. If you look at the cost of solar power five years ago, 10 years ago, or 20 years ago, it would have seemed cost-prohibitive. But the cost of solar power today is extremely low. The cost of batteries to store that energy has also dropped dramatically. Battery storage costs have fallen by a factor of 10 in the past five years. So many of the studies that were done were done in times past, when batteries were very expensive and solar power was very expensive. I would just encourage everyone to take another look at the cost of solar and the cost of batteries. I think you’ll find that you’re pleasantly surprised. Elon Musk

How does it feel having to separate your personal from the professional? STORRIE: I think there’s so much energy that is coming at us with the rise of this show, and for me, at least, I think it’s important for me to have a little bit of separation from the character in the show. All I can really say is that I love Ilya, I love the community that this is a part of and that this caters to. I think that’s so much more interesting and valuable than doing just another run-of-the-mill, straight story. Who I date, who I sleep with, who this, that, whatever, I’m gonna keep that to myself.
