Ego is a hell of a thing unfortunately

This is the consequences of treating your day ones like enemies for keeping you grounded and surrounding yourself with yes-men. Look where that got you. Threw away a 13 years of friendship to chase after numbers. Hopefully one day you put back everything you lost.
