I've never seen a world leader say this out loud. Taxes are compulsory. You pay them or they will be taken by force. People pay taxes for government projects that benefit them. If the taxes are used, instead, to benefit others, then that's stealing.

i simply don't see myself as equal to everyone i don't think we should have this system where everyone gets the same. because i am not the same — i am better than you. i like a system where i can get more if i work harder. it's better for you, too.
