🕐 Update: following the new demographic scenarios from the Observatoire de l'immigration et de la démographie, we've revised our projections for France: 🇫🇷 2050: 64% European ancestry 🇫🇷 2100: 36% On current trends, people of European descent would become a minority in France by the early 2070s. Our 2050 figure was already in line with the OID's. For 2100, ours is below the 42% in the OID's "high" scenario, the one where immigration continues at its current pace. Like France's national statistics office (INSEE), the OID tracks origins over only three generations: in its projections, the great-grandchildren of immigrants are classified as having "no migrant ancestry," even if all their great-grandparents were non-European immigrants. When people ask me why I don't deal with alotta people..I bring up situations like this.. I hosted a live event with 4 (Dalvin Cook) last year to give FSU fans something dope after a rough season I let the Jax Seminoles club be a part of it (even though I didn't need them to make it happen)..could've gotten 4 on my show regardless, I just like showing love That being said, my goal is to do more live events where I get to celebrate FSU legends, and alum..highlighting their careers, businesses, etc..of course I'll do events that aren't related to FSU as well During the process one of the people involved on the process tried to backdoor me for some 💰(ahh silly rabbit) It was dumb to me, because it wasn't a crazy amount of money, and it wasn't worth messing up a relationship..folks be thirsty tho..and I'm big on principle You ain't gonna eat off of me (especially in a situation when I don't need you and I'm looking out) and then try to finess too lol.. I was sent this video of them taking all the credit for the event that wouldn't have happened without Trials To Triumph, and they tried to zoom in and crop me out of the video lol People will move dirty then play victim and be mad at you for calling them out on it lol..I wasn't the only one upset..my sponsors were upset, and didn't wanna do business with the person from the club anymore I'm sure that this is not a reflection of everybody involved with the club..not a smart way to treat alum though This is also a good lesson for someone else who may be going through situations where people try to play with you, lie on your name, or steal from you..sitting there and be quiet will only make the issue worse in the long run..use your voice and speak up, otherwise you're responsible for the other people later down the line that end up with the same experience that could've been avoided if they were made aware early on That being said, while folks were trying to finesse, we were locking in deals with national brands, and will be hosting a lot more events this year..I definitely wanna put something special together in the spring and before the season for FSU fans Full episode with Dalvin Cook is on YouTube, and we have a Huge episode dropping with Derrick Brooks tomorrow as well‼️ Stay 💯

May be the most difficult hurdle for a wrestler to clear—trusting that the same offense that built the lead is what protects it. The instinct is to protect the lead, but the approach that creates better odds, less regret, and is simply more logical is to keep wrestling the same way that created the lead. Stay on the attack, stay in position, and keep applying pressure. The one who needs to change and create opportunity is the opponent who is losing. So why would you go ahead and assist them in this by back peddling and lead protecting, opening up two windows that weren’t there before? 1 – Stall points 2 – Allowing your opponent to solely focus on their offense as they no longer have to respect your attacks. You hear wrestlers in post-match interviews “We do this all the time in the room! Down 2 with 30 seconds left and working to find a takedown.” Not so much the opposite… “up 2 with 30 seconds left and just have to find ways to back up to protect the lead!” So why resort to something you don’t practice in the most crucial moments of a match—or your season? When I first learned about what was to happen to the environment at Fort Edward Solar, I thought it was an isolated incident. And then I started to travel to solar complexes. I started to talk to people. Towns started to email me. I learned that environmental devastation is commonplace at every single ORES wind and solar complex. Rural New Yorkers had lost their ability to govern their towns statewide. It’s all purposeful, the centralization of power. They don’t want us governing our resources without Albany’s input. So they created ORES. And I created a nonprofit. This is bigger than Fort Edward. This is a statewide lawsuit that attacks the RAPID Act regulations and concerns the transmission lines. In 2007, physicist Freeman Dyson wrote an essay called “Our Biotech Future” for The New York Review. In it, he wrote: “I see a bright future for the biotechnology industry when it follows the path of the computer industry…becoming small and domesticated rather than big and centralized.” Dyson had recently visited the Philadelphia Flower Show, “the biggest indoor flower show in the world, where flower breeders from all over the world show off the results of their efforts.” And he pondered a future where genetic engineering would enable these breeders to make entirely new types of flowers, unencumbered by the biological limits of evolution. It seems that Dyson’s “biotech future” is now becoming reality. Nick Desnoyer, a postdoctoral fellow in the United Kingdom, has already designed and created more than a dozen bespoke flowers. Desnoyer imagines phenotypes in his head and then uses a combination of breeding, CRISPR, and pathogens to manifest those phenotypes in his flowers. He’s currently working to add new colors to his design palette, including streaks of yellow, amber, purple, and green. All of his flowers are sculpted on nights and weekends, after lab mates have shuffled home for the night. The k- drama We Are All Trying Here is a must watch I know some people will watch one episode and call it boring. Because It’s not fast paced. It’s slice of life in the most literal sense people sitting in rooms with their envy, their 20 year old dreams that never launched, their friends who made it while they didn’t. It’s quiet. It’s slow. It lingers on silences. But that’s exactly why it gutted me. Because this show understands the war you don’t talk about. The one where you open Instagram at 2am and feel like a failure. Where you’ve been “trying” for years and the world still doesn’t know your name. Hwang Dong-man, twenty years into film school, still no debut. Byeon Eun-ah, called “The Axe” because she has to kill other people’s dreams for a living. Everyone in this drama is carrying some private worthlessness, some comparison they can’t shake. It’s not entertaining in the way K-dramas usually are. It’s uncomfortable. It holds up a mirror to the parts of you that feel behind, bitter, unseen. But that’s why it’s so relatable. That’s why I think everyone should watch it. On the outside, life looks fine but inside, everyone is struggling in their own way. And I think that’s what makes it so relatable. We spend so much time pretending we’re fine, pretending we’re winning. We Are All Trying Here just. admits it. We’re all scared we’re wasting our lives. We are all anxious. We’re all trying here. And maybe that’s enough to start with. #Wearealltryinghere

From the very beginning, Naija Confra warned about this looming crisis, but our advice was ignored. Ese Kakor is a good man, a great husband and father, but a very poor and bad leader. Every day, we receive confidential messages from cult leaders across all states offering guidance on maintaining peace, and we have often privately intervened. Many times, we have called out cult leaders who later DM us, realizing our intentions are genuine. A couple & their teen kids rented my cabin this week. As many of you know it’s where I own the 700 acres & where I’m building a small retreat center on about 30 acres & preserving the rest. I happened to be in town this week working on my new “honeymoon” style treehouses near the main cabin. I met them & offered them & their kids a ride to the top of the mountain on my side by side. They had two teenagers with them & all squeezed into 5 seater side by side and made our way up. It gets a little scary & bumpy as you traverse the 80 yr old logging roads that were cut in nearly a century ago but it’s a true “Appalachian Mountain” trail ride experience. To the left of you going up is solid rock, to the right it’s straight down. As you look out of the side by side you can see Bear caves, Bear scratches on trees, areas where 600 lb bears slide down slopes to get to the next level they are moving towards. Then we hit the pinnacle and look out over multiple states, waves of mountains and green valleys down below. They said they travel quite a bit and a getting a side by side is one of the best activities they always do with their kids. At my place, their kids were flipping out going up the steep areas and loving every minute of it. I believe “in person” adventures will ALWAYS be a hot thing, which is why I’m putting nearly every penny of mine into getting this retreat center done. My long term plan is to have horseback riding, hiking, mud runner type contests, wellness retreats, dude ranch style retreats 🤷‍♂️, whatever. Even with Ai coming at such a rapid rate, I personally think people will always want face to face interaction and fun adventures.

First Mission: The Ghost Ship (Part 1) #Amalgaverse An away team made up of Colonel Jack O'Neill, Doctor Daniel Jackson, Doctor Rodney McKay, and the android/AI Rommie has been dispatched to investigate a derelict freighter. After parking the puddle jumper in the ship's hangar, the team discovers that the bay doors are jammed open to space, forcing a call on how to proceed. They follow Jack's call. The away team seals their helmets and exits into the airless bay. O’Neill cloaks their ride (just in case) and leads them to the interior airlock. Once it's sealed behind them, McKay triggers repressurization. Air floods in and fogs on contact, vapor boiling off the frozen walls. A breathable foothold at last. The pressure hatch ahead unseals into a corridor running through the freighter’s underbelly, an industrial sub-level, narrow and dank, pipes sweating and venting coolant into the dark. “I think I’ve seen this movie,”notes O’Neill to no one in particular. “It doesn’t end well for Samuel L. Jackson." Then, throwing a look to the others: “So where to?” Rommie wants control before anything else. Waste no time in going straight to the bridge where they can immediately confirm that every breach is sealed and the entire ship secured before committing to anything deeper. The methodical call, it puts the freighter’s systems in their hands. Daniel motions to his brand spanking new Starfleet-issued tricorder. A single faint contact flickers somewhere ahead - which should be impossible on a ship this dead. "Someone may be alive down here,”he says. "We have to investigate." “SomeONE or someTHING?”counters McKay who is wholly focused on his own tricorder, and another reading. The whole ship scans dark but for one compartment, still bleeding the last of a dying reserve to hold a localized containment field. When that power fails, the field fails, and whatever’s inside likely with it. He wants a look before that happens. “And it’s on the way,”he sells it. “Just a tiny detour; a slight delay." You ever notice that every so often, a group of guys who are not exactly athletes invent a “sport” perfectly engineered around the things they can actually do? The documentary on this is called BASEketball. Trey Parker and Matt Stone, driveway guys, invent a game where you never have to run, you just shoot hoops and trash-talk, and somehow it becomes a professional league. Peak human achievement. A sport designed by people who did not want to move. And once you see it, you see it everywhere. Cricket. Five days. FIVE DAYS. A match can last longer than some marriages and still end in a tie. There are scheduled breaks for lunch and tea. Tea. It is the only sport with a beverage intermission. I respect the skill, truly, but any game where you can stop for a sandwich and nobody loses their place was built by civilized men in no particular hurry. Kabaddi. Now this one I actually love. It is, and I say this with total affection, competitive tag. One guy runs over, chants the word kabaddi over and over so everyone knows he is holding his breath, tries to tag you, and sprints back before your team wrestles him to the ground. That is it. That is the game. We played it in every schoolyard in America and called it “tag, you’re it,” and somewhere in South Asia they looked at it and said, no, this is a national sport, and honestly, they were right and we were wrong. It is secretly awesome. But before anyone comes for me, let us be honest about our own crimes, because America is deeply guilty of this too. Baseball. We invented a game that is 90 percent standing in a field, chewing, spitting, and adjusting yourself. Three hours to witness about eleven minutes of action. A sport for men who wanted to be outside but not, you know, exert themselves. Golf. A four-hour walk ruined by occasional swinging, with a beverage cart in tow. We built a whole sport around not sweating. NASCAR. Sitting down. Left turns. Four hours. Magnificent, and also, you are seated the entire time. Curling. Our neighbors to the north looked at ice and said, what if we swept it, competitively. Genius. Zero cardio, gold medal. So no, I am not dunking on anybody. I am saying the whole planet keeps quietly inventing games for people who did not want to run, and honestly? Respect. It is the most human thing there is.
