That’s why Dasher was the least popular reindeer.

Partly right except that dash is not a noun for manure but rather a verb for mud being dashed (splashed) by the horse’s hooves up to the riders.

That didn't sound correct to me and what do you know, Jay's wrong.

"Dashing through the snow...." Gives new meaning to the song, Jingle Bells.

I still miss Jay not being on the tonight show!

Another holdover from horse and buggy is the placement of car headlights.

I had no idea this was the origin of the term. Truly remarkable!

So Dash Cams are Shit Cams...

How interesting

I enjoy these partially-correct "Sherman and Mr. Peabody" stories. Leno needs a better innocently enthusiastic foil who could steer "one-handed Leno" towards even funnier historical analyses. This could have easily gone on into "modesty panels".

Etymology is a life hack in some ways!

That’s just horse 💩

What a confessional

I wanna know how he fell down that hill Pennsylvania

This guy is good.

So, technically, I can shit on your dashboard and you can't get mad at me because that's what it's for!

@grok What watch is Leno wearing in this clip?

Not useless sh*t…er, information…

Glad it's not called the manure board!

Dash as in splash not dash as in manure.

The more you know 🤔

so in the end..dashboard sounds better than shitboard
