You lie, nobody named him twice because he was good at football. It wasn't because he was good at football that made people call him Jay Jay, he's not even the original owner of that name. Fun fact is that Jay Jay Okocha had an older brother who played for Nigerian senior men's team even before him and is the first national team player to make use of that nickname "Jay Jay". However, the original owner of that name is their older brother James Junior Okocha and the "jay Jay" stands for James Junior.

I have always said this Jay Jay Okocha is highly overrated. They know actual achievements when it comes to football just dribbles, skills for a man that was or is well talked about around this sport. When you talk about Kanu you can see his achievements from club side to country side.

Jay Jay okocha Is one of Africa greatest of all times footballer in scoring, dribbling, running, attacking and even defending. He was even more better than Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo during his playing days
