If he can incorporate a real good kick out move on some of his drive instead of just pushing through whatever with no thought of passing, he can be truly elite. But right now when he gets in his drive he just doesn’t look to do anything but score

I wouldn't say he's an elite driver. I don't have the stats for this, but I'm confident a majority of his turnovers are on drives due to poor handling/ball security. Imo, elite drivers are able to create for others once they collapse the D, and JB isn't great, although improving.

I don’t think you can consider him an “elite driver” when he turns it over 33% of the time he attacks the rim

His lack of elite handle prevents him from being an elite driver but he uses the backboard as good as anyone in the league once he gets near the rim.
