Dreamland Barbecue in Tuscaloosa AL is a shack and that’s the best barbecue I’ve ever eaten. There are 2 there so don’t go to the new one. Have to go to the original. It’s a shack in a random neighborhood. 🔥

Some of the best knock your socks off food comes from the most unassuming places. Learned that a long time ago in LA.

Everyone likes it different. IYKYK. I’ve had excellent Flanken beef chuck ribs with Dad’s and Bachan’s. You can taste both.

I make good ribs but the best ribs I’ve ever had were in Texas. I haven’t made a brisket yet but I’ve eaten plenty of brisket and I can also say the best brisket I’ve ever had was in Texas,

When I moved from Ohio to Mississippi for work it surprised me to see little BBQ shacks like this on some old country road in the middle of seeming nowhere all over the state.

Only an hour away.

I'd drive to Gainesville to try it.

We drove everywhere on vacation when I was a kid. My dad would take us to local random restaurants/places. I did same with my sons. The food looked amazing in this video

This type of place is always where the best food is.

Never been here, but the best ribs I ever ate was at a restaurant in East Texas. Hollywood people would fly their planes there for their ribs. I can believe it. 2nd best ribs were eaten in Chicago. Damn, this post makes me hungry.
