Too bad for him these short clips will get translated into Chinese and shared in Chinese media as well. The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has over 99 million members (2023 numbers). Farmers, Herders, and Fishermen represent 26% of total CCP membership. In other words farmers are the largest group of people (not workers!) in CCP. And CPP rules China. What a brilliant foreign policy move to piss of the country, which produces the required minerals, materials and components for the weapons USA needs and piss of the ~100 million party, which rules that country.

JD Vance sneered at “Chinese peasants.” But the joke is on him: those “peasants” are now growing vegetables in space. That is the bloodline of an agricultural civilization. Wherever Chinese people go, sooner or later, they start planting. And somehow the clown mocking “peasants” still hasn’t eaten space-grown vegetables, while the peasants already have. America goes to space to plant flags. China goes to plant vegetables. That may be the clearest difference between empire and civilization.
