Vice President JD Vance on the United States’ ceasefire with Iran: “The President… told us to come to the negotiating table but if the Iranians don’t do the exact same thing, they’re going to find out that the President of the United States is not one to mess around.” “He’s impatient to make progress. He’s told us to negotiate in good faith and I think if they negotiate in good faith we will be able to find a deal… But that’s a big if — I hope they make the right decision.”

Vice President JD Vance: “The thing that Charlie seemed to understand intuitively is that the coalition that made Donald Trump the president of the United States… it included Tucker Carlson but also Ben Shapiro.” Tucker Carlson: “That’s exactly right.” JD Vance: “It did include people that disagreed vociferously but agreed on 70-80% of issues, and fundamentally the question Charlie would ask is if you’re a good-faith person and you’re trying to do right, then you’’re apart of the big ten.”

🚨 JD VANCE: "On the sombrero thing, Hakeem Jeffries said it was 'racist.' I honestly don't even know what that means." "Like, is he a Mexican-American that is offended by having a sombrero meme?" 🤣 "I saw one of the major TV stations put the meme up and say 'this is AI generated,' and he had the curly, animated mustache too" "Do you not realize that the American people recognize he did not actually come to the White House wearing a sombrero and a black, curly, animated mustache? Give the country a little bit of credit!" 😂🔥

JUST IN: Rep. Hakeem Jeffries says President Trump's videos of him in a sombrero are "unhinged." Tapper: "You said erratic, and I believe you used the word unhinged the other day. Are you trying to draw a line between Trump's acuity...?" Jeffries: "No. I'm actually referring to some of his social media posts." Tapper: "The sombrero and the mustache?" Jeffries: "Correct." He's just asking to get meme'd.

A reporter tried to bait JD Vance into condemning Tony Hinchcliffe, but Vance didn't fall for the trap "I think that we have to stop getting so offended at every little thing in the United States of America." Also, saying, "Can we all just take a chill pill and take a joke from time to time? This is ridiculous." This is the CORRECT response. Vance is so freaking awesome.

Vice President JD Vance explains why President Trump ultimately decided to strike Iran: "The Iranians stopped negotiating in good faith. That was the real catalyst, I think, to what the president ultimately decided to do. If we were having a productive negotiation, I think that this could have gone in a much different pathway. Unfortunately, the Iranians decided to stonewall us, and we saw the consequences of that last night." JD Vance
