Under Obama there was little need for ICE to go into neighborhoods, cities would turn criminal illegals over at the police station or sheriff's office. Sanctuary cities refuse to do that now, so, to enforce the law, ICE has to go out and pick them up at their homes. Where protesters are physically obstructing and assaulting them, which they don't have a 1st Amendment right to do.
